Beachfront holiday rental in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach

Location right in the middle of everything. Easily walkable to shops and restaurants. A minute to the boards and beach. Nice to have an off street parking spot.

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

We absolutely loved our stay at Margaret’s place! The location is perfect…2 blocks to Main Street and 2 blocks to the beach. Very easy to get in, and we loved having a garage parking spot for our car. We used the bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, and beach towels, which made for a lovely stay near the beach. We would definitely recommend this place, and will hopefully be back in the future!!

This was a perfect place for us - well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient to every place and everything we needed. Alain was extremely responsive to questions and provided many helpful suggestions, which were also much appreciated. Alain made us feel very welcome. We would highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants to be near a beach, walk to get coffee and pastries, and have a quiet place to stay with friends or family.

Amazing! Michelle was very responsive and even doordashed an item that was missing. This place is absolutely beautiful and so much bigger than we expected. The place is stocked perfectly! Right on the beach and the rooftop is a great time. I will try and book this place every time I come into town!

This was a great rental, and the hosts were accommodating and very personable. The location was perfect and safe for my children to be able to go outside and walk quickly to the beach. The communication was clear and I would recommend this property to others.

The location is beautiful, and there are lots of amenities. The home itself is well taken care of and very clean. The host answered all of our questions and was really flexible. I definitely plan on returning.

We had an amazing stay! The resort offered so many activities, beautiful pools, and was just steps from the ocean. Everything was gorgeous, both inside and out. The room was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Bethany was wonderful — easy to communicate with, very helpful, and always responsive. Any small needs we had were quickly taken care of by the resort staff as well. It was truly a perfect vacation. We would absolutely love to come back!

We enjoyed Nadine's place. It is located in a very nice gated community, which is quiet, peaceful, and safe. The condo was very fashionable and modern, comfortable, and very well located for our visit. We would definitely go back.

The location couldn’t have been better. Amazing to stay a stones throw away from the ocean. The beach in front had nice sand for fun beach games during the day. The hot tub was a nice addition (and clean…which is not the case for many rentals). Yes the floor plan for the bedrooms is a bit funky but was totally fine for our family of four. Awesome stay all around.

Can’t beat this amazing beach front location in Belmont Shore. The views from the living room, master bedroom and back patio will leave you mesmerized and make it hard to leave the home. Luckily the neighborhood is so quaint with walking paths on both sides of the peninsula that you will want to enjoy a morning stroll, if not a run on the beach. The house is so roomy that we could comfortably fit our extended family without anyone tripping over each other. The hosts were extremely responsive and provided detailed information to make sure we immediately felt at home. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

Shirley's Long Beach house was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had! Location wise, you are only a few minutes from down town Long Beach and some great dining options, but you are also directly across the street from one of Long Beach's great public parks and you can get from the kitchen to the beach before your coffee even has time to cool off. There is a bit of traffic right outside the front door, but there was no honking and little revving when we were visiting. As for the amenities, they did a fantastic job of stocking the rooms with plenty of towels and any consumables you may need, including laundry detergent and coffee. They also provided some free waters and cookies which was very kind. The sheets and bed are the only areas that could use some improvement. The sheets were rather scratchy and the comforter was very warm for a room with limited air flow, but they were clean and pressed, so I can't complain too much. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

This beach house could not have been more perfect! The location is everything. I swear we found one of the most private beaches with staying at this property. The property had all the amenities and we really felt at home. Kathy was sooooo helpful. Her communication was great. We would absolutely come back and stay. We saw dolphins and sea lions from the back deck.

This was our first air bnb experience , and it was amazing ! So flexible, wonderful experience, great amenities. We were able to check in a few hours earlier, and everything was clean and exactly like the photos. Will be returning for sure! :) thank you!
