Holiday rentals with a patio in Balboa Island

What a great place to stay at and what an amazing host! The apartment was very clean and complete. Photos really show what you get. Location is great with easy great access to the Pike, Convention Center, and downtown Long Beach. No need to use your car! Acces instructions were clear and concise and app worked flawlessly. Zach is the most responsive and accommodating host. We loved our experience and recommend this place! Thanks Zach!!!

My Friends and I only stayed for one night. The place is really nice and is fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We wished we were staying longer to take advantage of all the kitchen ware. The location is close to everything, the beach, restaurants, and downtown. We loved the roof top deck! Would definitely go back if it was available again.

Sharon's place was great! The location along Marine is perfect if you want to walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment was very cute and beachy - perfect for a SoCal getaway. And a pretty good size space compared to other places I've stayed on the island - cute living area, desk and dining area, outdoor patio. Love all the plants in the courtyard too ;) Sharon was an outstanding host - very friendly, communicated clearly, responsive, and all around made sure it was a great experience. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful stay with a beautiful beach front! Parking wasn’t too bad although we had to walk a bit each night which is due to our fault leaving early morning and coming back at 11-12 at night so of course closer parking is not expected but there is a nice area to ensure we can park temporarily for luggage unloading etc. The shower was absolutely amazing and I always looked forward to taking one! Kim was an amazing host and very responsive! I def recommend and would 100% go back!

We very much enjoyed the clean house and quiet neighborhood at Greg’s. It was located near our conference and close to restaurants and shops so we could walk everywhere. Thank you!

This gem in Belmont Shores was great for a quick getaway. Walkable to the beach and second street which has some of the best restaurants in LB! The backyard space was so lovely and home was extremely clean. We used the backyard space everyday and probably spent more time outside than inside. The kitchen was fully stocked and having a washer dryer was great. All you need to purchase is food at this place.

In addition to the amenities listed, Holly also provided foil and plastic wrap, paper towels, and sanitizers. Her home can accommodate many cars (we had 4) and is conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants and freeways. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Very clean and welcoming place. Had everything we needed and host was very communicative and helpful. they accommodated us very well. 100% would recommend this house to anyone visiting Long Beach.

We stayed 12 nights and felt right at home. The house was just the right size for us, and our son and dog visiting from nearby. The back patio was very cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed hanging out on the patio and grilling out. The layout of the house was really nice. The kitchen and pantry worked well together and liked the flow into the family room and dining areas. It was handy having such a NICE washer and dryer to use for our extended stay. Valerie and her husband were very friendly and we enjoyed visiting with them. The location was perfect being close to the Newport Bay Nature Preserve, and an easy drive to the nearby beaches - Huntington, Newport and Laguna. We will definitely look at booking again with Valerie for future visits to the area.

We absolutely loved our stay in Belmont Shores! The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from 2nd Street with easy access to the beach, amazing restaurants, and fun local shops. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and full of friendly people — we even met a few neighbors who made us feel so welcome. The home was spotless and so well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable (we all slept great!), and the kitchen had everything we needed. It really felt like a cozy home away from home. We also really appreciated being allowed early access — it made our arrival so much smoother. Thank you for a wonderful stay — we’d love to come back again soon!

Great host very responsive. Goes out of her way to try to accommodate. Place is clean and loads of restaurants round the corner. Ample parking at the front. Plus garage parking if there isn’t any at the front

Wonderful place, lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and bikes. Kitchen was fully stocked. The only negative comment I have is that the couch was horribly uncomfortable. A nice comfortable sectional from Costco would make the place near perfect.

Great place, really clean with everything you could possibly need. The hosts were responsive and friendly, even though we didn’t need anything they answered a couple of questions immediately and even checked in on us to see if we needed anything. This place was perfect for us, within easy walking distance of the town, would recommend staying here.

The stay was amazing! The place was very clean when we got there, felt right at home. The airbnb had a beautiful view from the balcony with 3 little waterfalls, everything was just amazing, my girlfriend and I were out doing stuff all weekend pretty much so I just wish we got to stay and enjoy the place more! There's plenty of stuff to do around the area and plenty of food options. It was very quiet and peaceful, we did not hear any neighbors at all at any point. Overall an amazing stay and hope to come back sometime!

The two bedroom and 2 bathrooms was ideal for our needs. The complex area was large but it was peaceful and quiet. Having the laundry was a great help due to the length of time we were away from home. We walked to the beach which was beautiful. Kamila was very responsive to any questions I had. Check in was smooth and we liked the fact that we were in a gated community. My husband and I highly recommend Kamila’s Airbnb.

What a perfect two-day stay we had at Oksana’s place! It was a home away from home. It had everything we needed plus more. We were able to use the Pack ‘n Play provided for our 14-month old. Our daughter also loved having several engaging toys to occupy her time. I personally loved the amount of space we had to stretch out. Everything is well stocked and provided for your comfort. It was refreshing coming to this location after a not-so-great experience at another Air BnB we had been at prior. As for the parking situation for us, we were able to find the same spot on the street corner both nights we stayed (Saturday and Sunday). Depending on street, you may have to move your vehicle when there is street cleaning too. Overall, though, I would definitely stay at this location again even with the street parking.

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.
