This charming duplex is located in the highly desirable Balboa Peninsula across from Bay and Balboa Island. This is just 1-2 blocks to the beach boardwalk, ferry and fun zone. The upper unit has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a balcony with a small view of the bay. The nightly fee ( 2 night minimum, 3 night minimum Holiday weekends) includes the city taxes.
