Holiday rentals with a pool in Balanga City

We needed a place to stay for my cousin’s wedding in Bataan, and George’s place was lovely to stay at! It had everything we needed and the check in was smooth and flexible. It was unfortunate that we experienced a power blackout for the first night, I asked the host if we can extend our stay for a late check out and they had no problems with that. Thank you, it was a great stay!

As much as I wanted to gate keep the place, I just know that people has to recognize this airbnb. At first we were hesitant to book this place since there are no reviews yet in airbnb although their reviews in google maps were okay. We’re glad that our experiences turned out great. The place is exactly as advertised, host was very nice and responsive, even the caretakers were friendly and helpful. If you’re the private type of person then this airbnb is just the right place for you. Will definitely come back ❤️

Definitely worth the price. 💜💜 The place is clean and is the same with what was adverised. The pool is big so it can accommodate large groups. They also have fast wifi, netflix, disney+ and karaoke. In addition, all the three (3) rooms have their own bathroom. This is really a big plus. Furthermore, the staffs on the ground are all approachable and are willing to assist in anyway they can. Lastly, I would like to add the kindness and responsiveness of the host. For every concern I had, she’s replying promptly. And she really made the place very comfortable for her guests. 💜💜

The place is amazing! It’s a combination of modern and probinsya feels. From the booking the experience was superb! Very responsive hosts, when we got there, ate Beth the caretaker was very pleasant and greeted us with a warm smile. She’s always available to attend to our needs, we don’t even have to ask everything is handed over to us like she can read our minds! We were also greeted with a basket of mangoes, sliced mangoes that we can eat right away, also a first we were given sodas as a complimentary drink instead of water which was really helpful beating the summer heat and to top it all off, we were handed out cold towels which really helped us cool down we really love that touch as it was the first in all Air bnbs we had been! As for the place, there’s a pond and we get to enjoy feeding them, the pool was clean and has no chlorine very natural water and safe for the kids. We enjoyed how quiet and peaceful the place is. We will definitely go back and highly recommended!

Initially, we encountered some difficulty because when we arrived at the house, there were other guests already checked in. However, Tita Weng was responsive and upgraded us to a better accommodation. Although the new place was somewhat out of the way from the wedding we attended, it was very accessible, so we had no trouble getting there. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay because Tita Weng's home is very clean, comfy, and very cozy. Tita Weng is also very nice, thoughtful and responsive. Consider booking here if you need to go to Orani.

The place is refreshing I felt at home and slept well. The host is responsive to any questions and friendly, she even waited late at night since my flight was late. Bataan is so beautiful, it was my first time and I fell in love with the people and the place it was an upgraded province. The amenities could be better but overall the place felt like home, just letting you all know the place is close to a busy street so you will hear the trike outside, for me I don't mind the noise outside I really felt like I am in the Philippines lol which I missed a lot. Our family had a great experience and we’ll definitely book this place again. The condo is very clean and spacious. We were allowed to do early check-in. Just minor comment on making the room more sound proof as we hear the laughter/ “noise” of people from the other room. But over-all it was a great place!

Ian was clear with his instructions upon our booking. He is nice to interact with. His caretaker is also a joy to work with.

The best accommodation, the best cleaning, the best communication. Everything is equipped like my own home, so cooking and eating is also the best. I highly recommend it.

The place was spacious; it comfortably fit 6 adults and 1 child with lots of room for play and personal space. The balcony had a beautiful view of the sunset, as well as the greenery, which was very peaceful. Hans is a wonderful host; he responded to our inquiries promptly and ensured that coordination with the club front desk went smoothly for beach club access. We enjoyed the pools, the beach, the restaurants, the gym, the shuttle service, and we enjoyed watching our daughter make friends as she played in the kiddie indoor playground. We enjoyed our trip to Anvaya.

This is our 2nd time here and we still love it. Great host, beautiful surroundings. We will be back.

We appreciate how quiet the area was. Gates and with 24 HR security so we felt safe. Worth the money and the unit was big, clean and well furnished. Worth the pit stop for La Union. Highly recommend this place.

My family and I had a great stay in Dan's home. We were able to do acitivities like walking/running and swiming just seconds away. The unit was well-appointed as advertised. Our host Dan was very responsive so coordinating logistics was so easy. He also assisted us with access to the Beach Club so huge thanks to him. We will definitely look him up next time we need a place in Anvaya!
