Kiran was a responsive host who hosted us extremely well. He gave us a tour of the home and gave us some snacks. The home was filled with all amenities including subscriptions to multiple OTTs. overall, a comfortable stay!

Beautiful place located in a peaceful part of the city. Place was spotless and felt right at home. Check in and check out was very smooth and all instructions were communicated very well. Had a splendid stay.

the house was very clean. there were two toilets one indian and one western. kitchen was also good. induction was available to use in the kitchen. house was small but spacious. location was also good. there is a big mishra outlet nearby also you can buy anything in the nearby market. host was also responsive and helpful. will stay again while coming to hubli.

This was a last-minute booking and Abhay reached out to me saying there is some work going on at the property and offered to host us at another one of his listings - "Manikantha Farmhouse". The place was clean & comfortable. Abhay and the caretaker were easily available over phone and we had no issues checking in/out.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Suma and Sandeep’s property. I had booked it for two days, and it truly exceeded my expectations. The surroundings have lot of trees, offering a serene and tranquil atmosphere—ideal for relaxation and unwinding. The hosts were exceptionally warm and hospitable. As locals, they possess in-depth knowledge of the area and were incredibly helpful in providing detailed guidance and recommendations tailored to my interests. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with gracious hosts.

Best place to stay, extremely helpful and friendly hosts with their paw friend Simba. Room was decent and had a pristine bathroom. We had a pleasant stay. Such places are hard to find in this locality!!

We stayed at Apoorva's place for one night. Due to heavy rains and traffic jams we reached the place by almost 10 pm. The host kept good communication throughout. His assistant came to receive us and to take us to the house as, the place is away from the main road in the middle of a farm. The house is adequately equipped and the surroundings and view around is a treat for nature lovers. I would recommend this place which is a quite inexpensive. Just a few suggestions. The state electricity supply had tripped probably due to heavy rains. The house had only one lamp in hall working on the inverter. Preferably there should be supply to one fan and one bulb in every room. There was only one good wooden chair and one folding chair ( not in very good condition), a few more good chairs may be kept.
