Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Bakersfield

Beautiful home. Very spacious with fully loaded kitchen. Friendly and responsive host. We got in town a couple hours before check in and host was nice to accommodate us and let us in the home early. Definitely saving under my favorites so I could stay here again on my next trip.

Michael & Brooke’s place was the perfect spacious setting for our group of 4. We were in town for a music festival and the location made the festival easy to access while also being the center of town and having everything we need. The house has unique touches from the art on the walls to the two large living rooms and the big backyard and pool. The kitchen has top of the line amenities and appliances and i enjoyed cooking for my group morning and night. The only downside to this place is the bathroom with a standing shower is quite small and the other bathroom only has a tub with no curtain but it was still feasible. Would definitely stay here again next year when we come back for the festival. I should also add that I messaged Michael the morning of check out requesting a 2 hour late check out and he was super responsive and flexible and his cleaning lady came later. He also allowed us to come early and drop our stuff. He’s an extremely friendly host!

The host was nice. The house was clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including seasonings, pots, and pans. The pool and game room were a hit with the kids. I would definitely stay here again!

The home was beautiful and newer. Laura was an excellent host, very kind and responsive! This was the second home we stayed at of hers due to having to extend our trip and Laura opened and held this home for us! I believe we were one of the first in this home because everything was new and we had everything we needed from utensils to crockpot to linen to shampoo. The home was very warm and inviting. We will for sure be staying again! Thank you!!

This place was extremely great, everything was amazing and wonderful. Definitely fits everything perfectly for our family. Only thing I would say that brother me, was that you had to pay $350 for jacuzzi. Was insane to me and then have $50 a day after that was way to much. Other than that, I’ll give it a 9-10.

Nice place. The checkout instructions do not match what she texts you at this moment in time. For example, I received a separate text to strip the beds and that was not clearly stated in the checkout instructions on the actual ad. I have pics to prove it. I didnt mind and I actually washed and made beds, but some ppl dont have time or the desire to strip beds in an airbnb, especially when it is not stated in the actual ad. I just looked back at my screenshot and the ad says gather towels, throw trash away, turn things off, lock up and close umbrellas, NOT strip beds. The air filter for the house was the worst I have ever seen. I dont have allegies usually, but I sneezed a lot, so if you have this issue, check to make sure the air filter is fresh. We literally took it out and I stopped sneezing. It is a great place, but I would want to know these things. My kids loved the jacuzzi, as did I. The temp goes down fast though and you have to put the lid back on to get the temp back up.
