Great stay! The place was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated with a lovely garden and pool. Kat was a fantastic host, super communicative and shared amazing local food recommendations. We found the bed very comfortable, and the area was quiet and peaceful. It was also a very easy walk to the beach. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing week with 3 generations. We fished with Mike one day and caught plenty of fish. Surfed at a great spot close by. Went off-roading and had a great time. The house and location were everything we dreamed of. Mike was immediately responsive to any needs. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towel. We will be back. Thanks Mike for a great time!!!

Better than advertised! Our family had a phenomenal time at Casa Marlin Azul. It was our 2nd time staying at the casa and I hope we’re able to get back for a 3rd time in the not too distant future. Don (owner) / Diana (host) were incredibly helpful and proactive in their communication making check in a breeze as well as recommending things to do: fishing charter, snorkeling / diving adventure , and restaurants (in La Ribera, Los Barriles, etc). After a fun packed day thepool was a great spot to cool off. Perfect spot for families…there were 7 of us (including 3 kids under the age of 8) and everyone had a blast. Shells & sea glass to collect, kayaking / paddle boarding / swimming, fishing from the shore. Casa Marlin Azul has it all. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and noise of Cabo…La Ribera / East Cape (and specifically Casa Marlin Azul) is the spot to do it. We’d give it 6 stars if we could! Thank you Don & crew for helping us make some family memories that will last forever!!!

Maravillosa casa y un anfritíon espectacular!!! My husband and I spend four beautiful days at this location. Francisco, the host, waited for our delayed arrival. He was very helpful in providing information and answering questions. All his recommendations were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

We showed up Sunday the 25th. The house and property were well kept and everything we had hoped for. The view to the beach was absolutely incredible and we couldn’t have asked for more. Beds were comfortable,Linens were great. The air conditioners were amazing and kept the house at the temp we wanted. Oscar was absolutely amazing and helpful with anything we could have needed. He took a genuine interest in the things we were looking for and there for. The pool was gorgeous in the evenings and all the staff was doing an amazing job with the houses and property. We would and will be back there 100%. Couldn’t have asked for a better view, location to town, location to docks for fishing and better staff. We were all so over the top happy with our stay and we thank all those involved for making it a magnificent vacation and memory for us!!! Highly recommend staying here!

The location of the place is actually in real good central area where you have access to all the nice places like Balandra Beach 32 minutes away any other beach 25

Our stay at this house in Pedregal was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views, elegant design, and peaceful atmosphere. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully curated — spacious bedrooms, a pristine pool and patio, and seamless indoor-outdoor living that made relaxing effortless. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible maid service. She was funny, professional, and kept the home spotless each day, allowing us to fully enjoy our vacation without a second thought about tidying up. Her presence added an extra level of comfort and ease that truly made it feel like a luxury retreat.

The view was so memorable to be able to see the mountains and the ocean all in one spot! I give this an 13 out of 10, exquisite 👌 close to the plaza, we walked everywhere. There are golf carts to rent we wished we would've rented one to be able to explore more of the town. Karen was very helpful and responsive. I'm definitely sharing with family and friends! Shonas place was a 10/10!! I was very satisfied and her place is just as described. It’s located in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. The private beach is just a 10 min walk. She has an umbrella and beach towels for use, which we appreciated very much! The house is very spacious with lots of storage space and very pretty! You can see the Cabo Arch from the upstairs balcony, that was very cool! It’s located about 10-15 from downtown. I would definitely recommend this house!

We absolutely enjoyed the space and location on the beautiful beach. The veranda was amazing. The small town gave a good flavor. The passes to the resort was a nice add. This is one of the best abnb we’ve come across. Dirt road driving in was a bit rough and the nearby grocery offered minimal supplies but adequate. Highly Recommended getaway.

We just got back from a week vacation at this property and it was amazing! Our group was two adults couples and the place was perfect. Loved that each room had two very comfortable king sized beds so neither couple felt like they had to compromise. The house was super clean and looked just like the photos. Maybe better. It was in the low 90s while we were there and the pool was the perfect temperature to feel refreshing. The A/C worked well and the view is incredible! One thing to note about this property is its a 15 minute walk down to the Malecon, but the city center is at least 20 minutes further down the Malecon. Since the property has such a great view, its obviously set up on a hill, which part is very steep coming back up. Thankfully we are all in good physical shape and enjoy walking, otherwise it could be a bit of a challenge without a car. The property management really made the trip for us. They were SO responsive, helped us with transportation, a chef, and two tours.

the place is very quiet and beautiful, close to the trajineras and the river is a few steps away ready to show its nice view.

We loved staying here for the second time. We loved the amenities. Tom was so helpful and always available when we reached out. The AC worked great, no problem there. The pool was so nice for a little night cap after hanging out in town or at the beach. The rooftop is also nice to hangout out at the end of the night. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful home with breathtaking views and glorious sunsets over the bay. The pool and fire pit were perfect amenities and really enhanced our stay. The gourmet professional kitchen and the outdoor kitchen was a huge bonus for grilling and eating al fresco. We felt right at home and there was plenty of space for everyone to spread out or be together. This is my new favorite home in Baja and we can’t wait to come back.

We rented the entire house and all apartments , 18 of us total. The place was even better than we expected. Everyone had their own areas and plenty of room for everyone to hang out in common areas. The host was very responsive and helped with anything we needed. Oscar made pizzas for us one day for lunch and set up an amazing table and spread. Thanks for everything!

Alejandro’s home was exactly what we were looking for, a peaceful place within a few minutes walk from the beach. The heated pool was a huge plus at this time of the year. Would come back again in a heartbeat!

We loved Gwen’s place. It was absolutely stunning. Exactly what we wanted for our large girls group. Beautiful views, beautiful beaches and very secluded area. If you are looking for a private safe area away from the crowds of Cabo then rancho Leonaro area is perfect. Fernando and his staff are awesome and took great care of our group in our girls trip. We hope to come back soon!

Such a gorgeous property with amazing amenities and views!!! We had an absolute blast celebrating our friends bday! There’s so much to do at the house, but also it’s close enough to down town/the beach that you can check out everything the area has to offer. Thanks so much to Shaina for helping our group set up a bunch of great activities! We wanted the massages and sound bath/yoga a second day, but sadly had to come home.

The modern design created such a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, making it the perfect retreat. The location is unbeatable—just a 15-minute walk to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted, but still far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the more crowded areas. It was the perfect balance of convenience and peace, offering a truly relaxing experience. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. It was an ideal getaway, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and beautiful place to stay near the beach!

Lovely home, surrounded by beautiful flowers and relaxing areas to enjoy the outdoors. Erika had so many great recommendations! It was pretty hot when we visited, so we stayed in the shade and pool a lot. Would definitely recommend!

The house was in a great location, halfway up the block from the Malecon and close to multiple restaurants, making the location very walkable. Great spot for a large group. View from the rooftop deck was great! Secure parking spot is a plus. We would definitely stay here again!
