We are 15 min driving to downtown la Paz so having a car is recommended.

The studio is under a Palapa in the yard. I used to rent a motorhome there. There is an outdoor kitchen. The studio is new, built in 2023. If you need a place to sleep close to the beach and surf spots, then this might work. Check with me first if you have a pet.
