Ancienne maison de garde barrière entièrement rénovée sans vis à vis et avec vue sur la campagne. Vous aurez peut être la chance d'observer des chevreuils et autres petits animaux. L'ancienne ligne de chemin de fer est maintenant réservée à la randonnée ou au VTT. Venez passer un séjour en famille ou entre amis au calme et profitez du jardin clôturé. Village avec commerces (bar, restaurant, boulangerie à 1km), marché le samedi matin. Supermarché à 2km.

This waterfront cabin surrounded by other fishermen's cabins is entirely made of wood. It is completely energy self-sufficient by solar panels for 1 to 4 people and will allow you to reconnect with nature or with yourself... It includes the living room, water view with a sofa bed, a wood stove, a sink with drinking water and cold only, a gas stove, a shower (pressure shower system), a dry toilet, a mezzanine with a 160 bed.

Old presbytery, heated pool, wooded garden

Our former presbytery is located in a very small village in the Perche Sarthois, two hours from Paris. Built mostly in the 18th century, it was enlarged in 1860. Completely and recently renovated, it has lost neither its charm nor its soul. It has a secure and heated swimming pool and a large 3000 m2 wooded garden divided into several spaces. The house is certified "3-star furnished tourist accommodation"

"Chez Mémé Caillou" is a recently renovated independent old house, with a warm interior, with a plot of 250 square meters to enjoy the terrace and sunbathing on sunny days. Located in Montmirail, "Small City of Character" in the Perche Sarthe, it is a stone's throw from the castle, on the village discovery trail.
