On top of the world in this second level unit of a multi-unit house. Lovely views from the scenic deck over looking a working wharf on Garrison Cove and Casco Bay. The unit has 2 bedrooms (additional accommodations to sleep up to 6), one bath, and a full kitchen and breath taking sunsets Dogs allowed upon approval. Must not be big barkers and well behaved pets. We want to be courteous of all renters and their pets. Weekly rentals preferred in July and August months (Saturday - Saturday)

A driveway leads you around to the back of the house, where a stone walkway guides you to your own private patio and entrance. Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. It is a 4 season accommodation that is close to Freeport shopping, Portland eating, and the Adventure Schools of LL Bean. The cottage sits approximately 50 yards from our main house, has its own parking space and patio, and offers the ability to come and go as you wish. We have had 12 honeymoons in the cottage.
