We had a great time at Marie's place. Wishlist of our trip for accommodation but also the place! everything was great! the apartment, the terrace, the air conditioning in the bedrooms, very few mosquitoes. In addition, Marie's mom prepared us to eat every night and it was super good! I would highly recommend this additional service. Village du Morne is very nice, with a few local restaurants to eat, a few convenience stores. We'll come back to this address!

The bungalow is really something special. The wooden house is high-quality and reduced but tastefully furnished. The veranda overlooking the garden is a real highlight. You are in nature, with all the trimmings. The view is truly fantastic. We didn't particularly like the very nearby beach, even if it was exciting for the children to watch the planes. Otherwise, the location is good for excursions to Le Morne, the south coast, Chamarel and the national park. Communication with Olivier was easy. We were there with two small children, so a special view: the wood creaks quite a bit, as do the doors. Difficult for noise-sensitive children in the evening/at night. There are also dogs on the property, which are very sweet and usually don't pay attention to us. Still, not for everyone.

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very satisfied. The apartment is located on the property of the family, who are very nice and always gave us fruit, vegetables and their own samosa. The apartment is very large with 6 beds and a terrace. The furniture has already been used a little, which does not diminish the overall impression. You can reach all the highlights of the south from here. A rental car is recommended. The address was not displayed correctly on Google Maps, but after a short phone call we were able to find it one street away. We were very pleased.
