Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Baia Mare

We had a wonderful stay for a family reunion. Marius is an excellent host always happy to guide and assist. The facilities were excellent, spacious and very well equipped. Location was lovely and peaceful with plenty of space to roam. We enjoyed table tennis, tennis and pool with all equipment loaned to us. Some extra guests were able to be hosted on-site in further private accommodation. Pool was unheated which unfortunately stopped some of our guests from using it but was still refreshing for some of us to cool down in from the heat of the day. It was clean and well maintained on the terrace. There is no hot tub (just a bath tub in one of the bathrooms) but we found out it could be possible to take a therapeutic sulphur spring water bath by arrangement! A couple of dogs on-site which were not always welcome but our host’s dog was lovely friendly company for most. A great place to stay and highly recommended. We’d be happy to return another time. Andreea's place is an absolute gem. You will find everything you need for both a short or extended stay. The historic aspect of the building adds to the charm of the area.

A home away from home! We found the house spacious, clean and with large windows for bright rooms. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Living area is generous and with well defined areas for cooking, dining, resting and playing. Bedrooms are very generous with plenty of storage spaces. The bathrooms have the luxury of jacuzzi bath and high tech shower cabin. The garden is really beautiful and delightful with singing birds. We have greatly enjoyed our stay and are fully recommending the house.

We had a very pleasant stay, very welcoming people and eager to help. The accommodation very ok, cleanliness and we had everything available.

We had a very good time for 5 days when we went skiing at Cavnic. It was important for us (group of 5) to have well equipped kitchen and washing machine. There were issues with the heat the first night but after we flagged the thermostat error was fixed and in the evening when we returned from the slopes it was hot and fine. The hosts were nice and provided us with sweetness and honey from our own production. If we come back to the area we will definitely look for the same place to stay.

Uniquely designed apartment. Located in walking distance from city center and restaurants. The apartment is clean and renovated, the entire area is very quiet. Ioana provides a coffee machine, water and different types of home-made drinks. Definitely a great place to stay for your trip!

Even though we only stayed one night, in Roxana's gorgeous apartment in Baia Mare! Everything was impeccable and superlative – the apartment is in a new building, very modern, with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The cleanliness is uncommonly so, the attention to detail and the interior design impressed us from the first moment. A big plus is the private underground parking which gave us extra comfort and safety for the car. The area is quiet, but also close to the important points in the city, which made getting around very easy. Roxana is an extraordinary host – welcoming, attentive and always available for any question or need. Communication with her was quick and efficient and everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Baia Mare and looking for a clean, modern and quiet place to relax. This is an amazing place to stay. Very easy to find, easy to check in/out and it is very comfortable. The neighborhood is extremely quiet as well and close to good restaurants.

Absolute stunning views. Great little extras such as coffee machine and pods to go with it - hair dryer and straighter too. Blankets for chilly evenings spent on the balcony a great touch. Great place to stay will be visiting in the future. Thank you!!
