Beachfront holiday rental in Baia Felice

We had a nice stay with the family. Communication with our host has always been good, cordial and very responsive in case of any problem or question. The apartment is well located by the coast with magnificent views of the sea and the bay of Naples (on the balcony and children's room side) and Vesuvius (on the living room side). The apartment is large, bright, well maintained and fairly well-equipped. The nearby beach is nice. There are shops nearby. The only awkward point was the difficulty in finding parking for our car on weekends evenings (Friday to Sunday). If you come by car, it's probably a good idea to use the parking offered by the host.

As soon as we stepped into the house we felt at home. A place with a family history, Margherita’s house was memorable. Sitting outside and watching the sunset was unique…The location is calm and with a little walk you easily get to every place. We already think of coming back to Procida and stay longer at Margherita’s house. Marco really did a beautiful work to keep it comfy and familiar. Thank you Marco!

Apartment overlooking a terrace and stunning views. Excellent communication with Steffi, then Christian who manages the arrival and stay with efficiency and frank sympathy. he was also able to recommend restaurant addresses, boat tours and small shops. Excellent service. I recommend it. ❤️

Great apartment, great location and host was great!

Gabrielle's apartment is spacious, ideal for a family of 4 or 5 people, very close to a beautiful black sand beach. The courtyard allows you to enjoy the sun and have breakfast outside a treat! It's a great base on the island of Procida. Gabrielle was very responsive and had good tips for visiting the island.

As a group of ten people, we could cook together here, sit on the balcony or around the large kitchen table and start our excursions to Pompeii and Vesuvius. Guiseppe was always quick, very warm and helpful, no matter what we needed. Great apartment!

Many thanks to Gino for a wonderful stay. The location is great, only a few minutes walk from the Central Station and many nice restaurants and cafes around. Gino was very accommodating and helpful and was very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I come back to Napoli. Grazie!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Costantino’s villa. He is an exceptional host. He responded immediately and clearly to all our needs. The villa is charming and well equipped. Ideal for summer stays and preferably with own transport as it’s 5km outside of Terricina town, it didn’t affect our stay as we enjoyed the walks along the promenade to the town and back. We highly recommend Costantina and his charming villa.

This is the most beautiful place we have stayed in Italy. The view is breathtaking and the host was lovely. The stars at night were our favourite part. We stayed up till late to see the stars and woke up early to watch the sunrise. It is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend staying here!

It was a pleasure to stay with Marco again. The house has been recently renovated (floors, fixtures, bathrooms), clean, has every comfort, very functional, is designed for every need. Perfect for our family with children and grandparents, everyone has their own space. Very close to the sea (clean and with an equipped and efficient establishment), it offers the swimming pool in the residence, convenient for children. Fully functional WiFi for remote working. Marco is always available and welcoming, ready for every little need we had. A beautiful vacation!

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

Attentive and helpful host, the garage is a plus. Fully equipped kitchen and large outdoor space.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

Looks exactly like the photos, super clean and large apartment, very bright in a beautiful quite neighborhood, next to the Main Street ( a lot of local shops and restaurants) and close to the beach. Marco was very helpful with lots of recommendations. A visit to the island of Ponza from the port at 10 minutes walk is definitely a must.

We had a great time in this super nice and well located apartment. The only slight downside is that it the building is located on a street with a ton of constant car traffic. The bedrooms are in the back, off the street, so no issue sleeping. Host is great and very communicative and it was very comfortable and loved the location.

Spent a week at this amazing apartment, Alessandra was an amazing host. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay, apartment also has an beautiful balcony overlooking the bay of Naples, great to sit out on in the evening sunshine after a day sightseeing. It is a short walk into the town and approx 15 minute walk to the supermarket. We loved the small beach which is 10 metres away, there is a very large beach about 25 minutes walk away which was beautiful. Apartment has private parking which was a big plus. Fantastic experience. Safe area, clean, walkable. quick walk from train/metro. nightlife just beow the apartment was vibrant and fun. Easy check in and out. He helped us with a taxi reservation for 5am to the airport and dining suggestions were yummy..

Galdino was a great host and the flat looked exactly like on the photos. It’s perfect for a weekend trip with a friend as it has two separate bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Highly recommendable.
