Beachfront holiday rental in Baia Azzurra-Levagnole

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Gianpaolo molto disponibile e preciso, sempre pronto ad aiutarci. La posizione è perfetta, a 5 minuti dal mare. La casa era accogliente, pulita e molto bene attrezzata. Consigliatissima!

Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Viviana's house was an absolute dream. Set on a beautiful little beach, very close to the old town, and perfectly situated for exploring the island, the cottage is also very well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We were there for nearly a week, and loved every moment. Viviana was extremely helpful and kind, and even left us some apples and beer -- very handy when we arrived too late to buy groceries. I cannot recommened this place highly enough, and would go back in a heartbeat.

Excellent séjour chez Marco. Un accueil chaleureux, des conseils précieux, un emplacement très pratique pour rayonner à Naples, Pompei ou su la côte amalfitaine. Le garage fermé est un vrai plus. Pour finir, un appartement atypique très sympa, vaste et confortable. Merci Marco, c'était top!

Our stay in Baia was fantastic. Marco as a host was amazing. First of all, the informations he sent to us before check-in were very useful and very clear. He was answering all the questions and solving the problems very quickly. The accommodation itself was very clean and comfortable. We had everything what we needed: TV, fridge, washing machine, bedding, towels, all the dishes to prepare the meals and even a few sets of terrace furniture. The location was great - not far from Naples which could be reached by different kinds of transport. It was a very nice starting point for all the most interesting attractions in the area such as: Pompeii, Vesuvius, the coast of Amilfa, Capri island and many others. Our stay was before the season and we didn't have the opportunity to use the beach, of which there are plenty in the area. And finally, the cherry on the top - the view from the huge terrace was breathtaking, beautiful over the entire bay. I highly recommend this place.Thank you Marco

La casa è molto carina ed è in parco privato , ho trovato nella casa tutto quello di cui avevo bisogno. La cosa più bella è la posizione a pochi metri dalla spiaggia, sono addirittura previsti due sdraio con ombrellone, fantastico !! Alla fine del parco privato , puoi trovare un negozio di alimentari e tabaccaio , potresti anche non prendere più la macchina , hai tutto quello che ti serve , pieno relax ! A presto Elisabetta

Magnifique vue sur la mer. parfait emplacement pour un séjour tranquille sur le bord de la plage. L'autobus est facile d'accès pour visiter les environs.

Der Aufenthalt bei Costantino war sehr gelungen, das Haus ist gepflegt, die Zimmer gemütlich, die Bäder schön und sauber, die Veranda sehr schön, die Außenküche mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Kochen braucht. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen etc. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, der Aufenthalt war sehr gelungen, der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer Costantino problemlos. Der Eigentümer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, wir können einen Aufenthalt bei Costantino wärmstens empfehlen!!👌

È stato un piacere soggiornare nuovamente da Marco. La casa è stata ristrutturata da poco (pavimenti, infissi, bagni), pulita, ha ogni comfort, molto funzionale, è pensata per ogni esigenza. Perfetta per la nostra famiglia con bambini e nonni, ognuno ha il proprio spazio. Molto vicina al mare (pulito e con uno stabilimento attrezzato ed efficiente), offre la piscina nel residence, comoda per i bambini. Wifi perfettamente funzionante per lavorare in smartworking. Marco è sempre disponibile e accogliente, pronto per ogni piccola esigenza che abbiamo avuto. Una bellissima vacanza!

We had a beautiful stay and Andrea’s stunning accommodation. It’s a unique and striking location. Andrea was more than helpful before and during our stay. Even assisting with organising and receiving a forgotten item at our previous location stay. Very thoughtful host indeed and helped to make us feel right at home, as well as good local recommendations.

Maria Cristina was an amazing host for our trip. We were looking for something a bit different and the setting of a castle with stunning views, in a great location, and this hit the nail on the head. We couldn't have felt more welcome with great communication all the way through, as well as a plethora of restaurant recommendations not only in Vico Esquense, but when we travelled to Naples too. We made the mistake of hiring a car, which was absolutely not needed given the transport options available, both trains and buses in the local area. Getting to Sorrento, Pompeii and Naples were so easy, and the bus to Amalfi or Positano would have been easier than driving. We would highly recommend for a honeymoon or baby moon and will be recommending to anyone we know coming to the area.

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très propre, bien décoré et tout proche de l'embarcadère. Le seul bémol mais de taille, les gros ferries ont semble t'il changé de point d'ammarage, juste sous les fenetres de l'appartement, et sont restés moteurs tournant de 22H à 8H du matin, les deux nuits ou nous sommes restés, pas de chance. C'était de fait, très bruyant la nuit. Pour le rest rien à dire tout était parfait.

Mary was the best host that we meet in any stay on our 30 day trip to Italy. In fact, we plan on returning and spending a week there on my wife’s next birthday. The place is magnificent in a Jesuit monestery overlooking the golf of Naples. It is a breathtaking place

The place is small, but cozy. Big terrace, where you can cook! 3 swimming pools, extremely well-maintained, not crowded, only for residents. Overall the place is great for vacation, public beach just 2 min walk! Enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

The property is great, each bedroom with it's own bathroom. There are lots of spaces to sit, chat, eat and relax amongst beautiful plants and trees. The view is stunning, complimented by the sound of the sea. The highlight is the geothermally heated pool - an absolute treat. Friendly Alessandra and her colleagues live on site and are available for assistance.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni in 3 ragazze di Roma e Napoli in occasione di un meeting di lavoro in smartworking, ognuna aveva la sua privacy in casa con le 3 camere da letto, buona connessione wifi e grazie alla sua posizione centrale a Terracina, non abbiamo avuto problemi per uscire a pranzo o cena a mangiare tra ristoranti o pizzerie (ottima quella di Giu Giu’ giusto fronte casa). Supermercato e spiaggia a meno di 2 min a piedi. Splendida terrazza vista mare per la colazione. Comodo il parcheggio riservato e box auto proprio sotto casa. Cucina fornita di tutto anche se non abbiamo mai cucinato. Grazie ancora a Marco per la sua disponibilita’ e cortesia con suggerimenti della zona, non ultimo il suo Centro storico e Cattedrale.

The home itself and the view from the terrace are phenomenal, but the experience is truly heightened by Giuseppe, who took us from the port of Ischia on check-in day and back to the port on check-out day, and was also helpful with tips and recommendations for the area. The location itself is a bit isolated from a lot of what the island has to offer, but the bus service is nice, and we were looking for something secluded and quiet, so for us this worked quite well.

Et fantastisk sted hvor man har sin egen private port med direkte adkomst til stranda. Hagen var også stor og veldig praktisk med sand slik at barna kunne leke der. Alessandro svarte alltid raskt og veldig hyggelig på alle meldinger. Vil anbefale dette stedet på det varmeste!

La casa è un sogno! Arredamento curato, molto spaziosa, ma sopratutto vista stupenda e posizione inimitabile. Si dorme con il rumore del mare! Sono presenti tutti gli elementi necessari per sentirsi a casa. Host sempre presente e reattivo a rispondere ad ogni domanda. Consigliatissima!

I couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay , Maurizio was so helpful and even organised a boat for us to rent! I will definitely be back.

Vi hade en väldigt bra vistelse! Mycket bra och rent boende, vacker byggnad med stuckatur och ett vackert limeträd på innergården. Värden Maria var så hjälpsam med allt ifrån en snabb och enkel incheckning till hjälp med att hitta goda restauranger. Forio är en pärla som vi blev helt kära i och vi bodde mitt i den. Massor av goda restauranger bara ett stenkast ifrån boendet samt super nära Chiesa del Soccorso där vi såg den vackraste solnedgången!

Se si cerca un angolo di pace ad Ischia bisogna andare a Sant'Angelo e la casa di Marina è davvero molto accogliente. 2 minuti dalla spiaggia delle fumarole, 1 minuto dalle terme Aprhodite Apollon... si esce in accappatoio da casa e si va alle terme o al mare... A 1 minuto un bellissimo agriturismo dove si può cenare e fare colazione.. Insomma siete a casa - casa vera: due bagni salone, cucina interna, cucina esterna, e tre camere - dimenticatevi dell'auto e vi godete le bellezze che l'isola vi offre!

Die Lage dieser großzügigen Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen von dem unaussprechlichen Chiaiolella ist einzigartig. Terrasse mit großem Tisch, Sonnenschirm - Esszimmer wenn´s mal regnet - Bad und drei großzügige Schlafzimmer,mit Doppelbetten und nicht zu vergessen auch ein Wohnzimmer mit TV - eine Wohnung für eine Familie - diesen Flair verströmt sie auch. Hier haben Menschen gelebt, hier sind Kinder großgeworden. Alles funktional, blitzsauber. Sehr zu empfehlen als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge auf der Insel und die umgebenden Inseln. Wanderungen etwas schwierig, da alle Wege an der Autostraße (sehr eng) entlang führen.
