I was come here for one week with my husband and my little one from UK . I’m so happy with everything. Great area , good bed space , clean flat but should be change some things for new. Broken handles from bathroom , for towels , things in shower broken as well. Netflix doesn’t work. Anyway I’m happy with this house I think I’ll back again. I’m recommending ☺️

I had an absolutely amazing stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was perfectly prepared, and I immediately felt at home. We felt very comfortable at the place. The apartment is well equipped and located right at the metro station. There is a supermarket in the building complex. We loved using the pool. From the apartment you have a great view of the city. There are many options for eating out of the house, in the adjacent outlet and nearby. The apartment was easily accessible by bus H-1 from the airport in about 30 minutes. The host responds very quickly to questions and proactively asks if everything is okay. We are very satisfied to have chosen this accommodation.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

Enes’s place was great! Nice and clean with fast wifi if you need to work. Also close to Memorial hospital if you are doing a health check up. Perfect for a week long stay.

The house was as described and shown in the photos. During our 7-day stay, we felt like we were at home. There is a small shopping mall under the house. In this shopping mall, there is a large supermarket in addition to different alternatives such as fast food style meals, meatballs and coffee shops, which provided us with great convenience. Mr. Özgür and Mr. Cavit answered our questions very quickly and solved our minor problems. There are many opportunities at home. When you arrive with your vehicle, you can easily park in the guest parking lot of the site. The kitchen and bathroom of the house were very useful. The bed was comfortable. We were satisfied enough during our stay.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host had given the necessary instructions without checking in and we were able to check in quickly. Being in the residence was also important in terms of safety and having indoor parking. Only because there was new construction around it, the wayways were broken. While we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But you can easily come from the highway with a direct connection. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard, while the glass and balcony door are open, apart from that, when the windows are closed, there is no noise in the house. We were satisfied. Thank you to the host.

Stayed for four nights and had a great time. Our check in was easy, we met Yassine who showed us where to go. The apartment was clean and well stocked with drinks, snacks, and toiletries. Ali was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The location was ideal, plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Fair to mention at night it can be loud from all the activity nearby but it’s worth being in close proximity to everything. The washing machine was a nice bonus to have and the AC unit works well, especially when visiting in the summer! We highly recommend this place for others.

For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!
