Delightful finely renovated apartment within walking distance of the center of Campobasso, ideal for business trips and tourism. Located on the 2nd floor in Via XXIV Maggio, with a path for the disabled, the apartment consists of an entrance, a large living room with a double sofa bed and a TV, a bedroom with a double bed and a TV, a large double bedroom with single beds and a TV, a kitchen and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a washing machine. All rooms are equipped with free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The house was finished in 2013 to top standard after a couple of years of restoring an old farmhouse. The house is situated just outside the village of Palmoli. The downstairs area is an open plan kitchen/living room with a big fireplace, sofa and extendable dining table and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and a large bathroom. The two double bedrooms have amazing views to wake up to. Outside there is a huge patio with a view and a big pool area with sun chairs and a BBQ.
