Our small, well-kept house is located in the sunny Burggrafenamt, in the rose village of Nals. Centrally located, it is ideal for cultural and sporting activities of all kinds. The house with 4 residential units is located in the centre of the village with a grocery store, café and bakery right next door. The village is very lively during the day. Unfortunately, I cannot offer absolute peace and quiet, but I can offer good connections, short distances and integration into lively village life

We are simply thrilled with the accommodation and Jutta as a host! The apartment is really well equipped, super clean, very quiet in an outstanding landscape. The contact with Jutta was exceptionally nice from the first moment. She was always available for us and helped us, answered questions or made suggestions - simply outstanding! Mölten - the place where the apartment is located - is the ideal starting point for us for hikes or excursions, for example, to Bolzano or Merano. We always chose the bus, which leaves every hour 3 minutes before the house and is in 25 minutes at the station in Terlan and also goes directly to Bolzano. Because Mölten is at an altitude of 1,100 metres, the nights are much more pleasant than in the valley, where it can be really hot in summer. Overall, we can only recommend the apartment 1000% and will definitely come back! Thanks Jutta!

Beautiful property overlooking Bolzano, we used this as our home as we hiked various trails in the Dolomites during the summer. It felt like we were staying in a deluxe chalet with all of the amenities that were provided/the farm store next door that they operate. I would recommend this place to anyone and want to thank Florian and Alex for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful time in the lovingly furnished apartment of Petra and Sebastian in Terlan. The view of the mountains was breathtaking, fresh flowers and a bottle of regional white wine awaited us in the kitchen – a wonderful gesture that immediately gave us the feeling of arriving and feeling good. Our dog was not forgotten either: a lovingly assembled welcome basket with high-quality treats and a cuddly blanket was already waiting for him – simply great! Sebastian and Petra were always available, very helpful and provided us with fresh bread rolls every day. Thanks to their tips, we were able to get to know the area even better. We felt comfortable and welcome from the first moment – almost like at home. This property is a real insider tip for those who love peace, hospitality and nature. We can highly recommend the accommodation and are already looking forward to seeing you again!
