In Solanto, the villa "Rossana sul Mare" offers an excellent view of the sea. The 120 m² property consists of a living room with 2 single beds, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the bedrooms, a fan, heating as well as a TV. A shared washing machine is also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue.

The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Casa Annarella

Casa Annarella is a 35m ² apartment located in Porticello, in front of the fish market and the promenade. It includes: a bathroom with shower, a bedroom complete with closet, a living room/kitchen where you can accommodate a third guest in the sofa bed. Just 20 minutes from Palermo and 45 minutes from Cefalù; on foot you can easily reach Bagheria, the city of villas. Guests are informed that at checkout there is a tourist tax, €2 per night per person, for a maximum of 6 nights.
