Holiday rentals with beach access in Bagheria

Francesca and Giulio were fantastic hosts with great communication. Anything I needed they were there with prompt answer and also had great suggestions for the area. They even offered to book our transfers to the airport for us at the end of our stay which was a big help for us!! The apartment was exactly as pictured, very spacious and comfortable and very clean. The location was very walkable for sightseeing, hop on hop off buses and sooo many restaurants and great spots within walking distance. I would highly recommend this apartment for a stay in Palermo.

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Thanks for everything Salvatore, for sur well come back to your villa.

We felt incredibly comfortable. Andrea and his team make absolutely everything possible. They picked us up from the airport themselves. Andre was also very accommodating to us at the end of our trip when it came to the checkout. You don't often experience so much kindness and friendliness. Everyone responds very quickly to messages. And as for the accommodation, you can only say that it looks like the pictures. The balcony is a dream to relax on. We spent every evening and morning there. The kitchen offers everything you need to cook for yourself and the bed is comfortable. We were 100% happy and I can only strongly recommend everyone to book this accommodation if they have the necessary money for it.

The house is really nicely decorated. We found it very clean at our check-in. We especially liked the roof terrace with a view of the sunset over the sea and the mountains. Communication with Salvatore worked perfectly. Happy to come back :)

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Amazing place, exceeded expectations

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great holiday. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. You need your own car to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

We really enjoyed our stay at this place! We got a super warm welcome with some local sweets, which was such a nice surprise. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The hosts were great – always quick to respond whenever we had a question. The location is just few minutes off the main road between Palermo and Cefalù, so it’s a perfect spot for exploring the northern part of Sicily. Despite the road being close, it was very quiet in the apartment. One thing we loved was how cool the apartment stayed – even though it was really hot outside, we didn’t need to use the AC at all thanks to the curtains keeping the heat out. The bedroom stays pretty dark throughout the day because the window doesn’t let in much light. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

The accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a garden. They segregated a part but with independent access and clearly delimited areas. At dawn, only the blackbirds, turtle doves and wood pigeons can be heard. Breakfast in the garden is very pleasant. Cool rooms with very high ceilings. Excellent door and window closures. Kitchen with everything you'll need. It is easily parked at the gate. We felt right at home. Beach five or ten minutes away. Bus stop five minutes away. Many thanks to Giada and her kind father.

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

The house is perfect for enjoying Mondello beach, comfortable and complete with everything, including parking. Benedetto is an exceptional host, he also welcomed us with some very welcome surprises and allowed us flexible hours. Highly recommended :-)

The stay at Marias apartment was very good and we immediatly felt at home :) Also we were picked up at the train station and Anna showed us around in Porticello, thanks for that :) You´re living in in middle of Porticello where everthing that you need is really close, supermarket 5 min. / Pizza and other restaurants 1-5 min. / Beach 5 min... Also there are activities quite close to the house, for example: Archological Museum / Ruins 25 min. / Lighthouse 45 min. / Trainstation 20 min. Like other people in reviews mentioned, the pictures of the apartment are a bit misleading, since you´re not directly at the beach but a small walk apart from it. The pictures of the interior on the other hand are accurate and everyhing that you need is there. The only "negatives" we could mention are that the house is a bit dark and also its sometimes little loud (so if you´re maye sensible in that regard better bring earplugs / sleeping Mask etc.) We can highly recommend staying at Marias apartment :)

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the villa is absolutely stunning. We were a group of 7 ladies and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. The surroundings are generally nice, although some parts of the nearby public beach were a bit dirty — nothing to do with the villa owners, of course. What we really loved was the terrace — during the day, when it’s incredibly hot, the terrace stays mostly in the shade, which makes it the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Being out in the sun was just impossible, so the shaded space was a lifesaver! The hosts were incredibly communicative and responsive — they replied to any questions within a minute. The only downside was the number of mosquitoes, so it would have been great to get a heads-up about that. I’d recommend bringing some repellent spray. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing stay. The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

Very nice place to stay, incredible hospitality, within walking distance of a beautiful beach (not crowded). Perfect place to discover Palermo and its surroundings.

Leti's apartment was great. We had a private outdoor terrace/balcony where we watched the world go by when we weren't out ourselves. There is a plethora of restaurants and other amenities all within walking distance. The kitchen was well equipped for the 2 dinners we made there, all with supplies from the grocery store down the street. The 2 separate washrooms were also very convenient with 4 of us staying there. We very much appreciated the coffee maker, which brewed American-style coffee. There was also an espresso machine Leti's apartment was a great spot from which to explore the strip in Modello and the surrounding area. Thanks very much, Leti!

Not only is Termini Imerese a hidden gem, it's perfectly located between Palermo and Cefalù (which are easy accessible by train). And what a view, do i need to say more, stunning! The appartment is perfect to escape a busy life and to just slow down. Even staying here with our one-year old son was no problem at all. After he was asleep, you just relax on the balcony. Perfection, thank you so much for letting us stay here.

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. I can’t recommend Enrico’s property enough. Grazie Mille Enrico!

My husband and I spent four nights at Daniele’s place and just simply wish we could stay there longer. The apartment was very nice; spacious, fresh and very clean, with the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the view of the harbor. Parking spot, right by the apartment, was priceless. Daniele and Claudia were amazing hosts; kind, friendly, always super responsive. We would love to stay in their place again!

Nino is a dream host and his place was thought for the comfort of his guests. We felt at home right away and if the apartment was free, we would have extended our stay. thank you Nino, we will definitely be back.
