Our stay was perfect, thanks again to the advice and hospitality of Régis who is an impeccable host, available, warm and good advice for visiting the area around the accommodation. We will have very fond memories of our time in Coursan.

the accommodation was perfect I highly recommend for the welcome and the proximity to Spain, unfortunately we could not enjoy the pool because our stay was short but in any case everything was perfect for our small family with a child and a German shepherd dog

A great stay at François's, a very friendly person, attentive and always present if needed. We celebrated a friend's surprise birthday there and the place is absolutely quiet not to mention the beautiful pool that gives this stay a big plus! I would recommend everyone to go there without hesitation and take the time to chat with François who is a more than kind person 😁

Wonderfully homey and cozy apartment in the middle of a beautiful small village. We felt completely at home in the small kitchen, where you can eat cozily with the two of you and in the evening with a cup of tea in the homely living room. You will not get bored of all the fun and surprising things that the house is full of. Still, it was certainly very clean and not too crowded. Slept well too, nice stopover or also a place for a few nights. (If only to take a good look at everything in the house!)

Ideal cottage for couples. Comfortable bed, washing machine, air conditioning. Everything works, is practical and pretty. Tree-lined setting and exceptional view. Very kind, available and discreet hosts.

Very nice little house with direct access to Grazel beach. The house is very well thought out and very well organised. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful. Géraldine is very welcoming, responsive and smiling. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back!

Perfect accommodation for our family with two teenage children for a few days exploring Carcassonne. The hot tub was a huge hit and the location, beautiful views and sunny garden were ideal. We made good use of the local Epicerie for fresh croissants and enjoyed the restaurants just a couple of streets away. Didn’t need to contact the owners as we had everything we needed and check in/out was easy. Highly recommended!!

Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just a wow moment when you first see the house. We will definitely be back!

Nothing! That's what's missing in this accommodation! Angelique's welcome was perfect, she was available and very adaptable for us. The accommodation is impeccable and everything is there to have a great time with family or friends. The cold drinks on arrival were very much appreciated. Everything was thoughtfully and superbly decorated. The exterior is beautiful, between the pool, the jacuzzi, the trampoline for the children, everyone finds something for themselves. The environment is very quiet and you can go for short walks from the house. The icing on the cake was that our dogs were welcome.

Fabulous place, extremely well equipped and with great bedding! Everything was impeccable. Fabien was perfect, very welcoming, available, responsive with many useful tips... in short a host and a high quality accommodation. We had a great weekend and we'll be back with great pleasure! I would highly recommend it!

Fabulous Villa! Great place to holiday for large families/adults. Beautiful modern house, excellent large pool and outside area with bbq. Great location near a beautiful beach. The hosts are absolutely lovely, very helpful and quick to reply to any questions. The cleaning service for the house is also excellent. Everything you could want from a villa holiday in this area. A rural delight in the heart of the French countryside. Excellent shady gardens and nearby tracks for dog walking. The hamlet is small but various villages close by have restaurants and shops with good quality local produce. The house itself is a converted winery with many of the wine tank features still in place. It’s full of character! The hosts were charming and neighbourly, and welcomed us with a bottle of the excellent local wine. Frederick speaks good English and is an excellent guide to the local eateries. This was a really comfortable and enjoyable stay for ourselves and our dog.

Cosy little apartment, from which you can easily explore the beautiful Gruissan (old town, harbour). We arrived here after a multi-day bike ride to relax and were happy about the washing machine, dishwasher and a simple but functional kitchen. The various beaches in the area can be easily explored by bike.

We had a great time at this beautifully decorated place. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool and the equipment in general (table football, ping pong table) satisfied young and old. The hosts were very welcoming and are very kind. Thank you for this stay, we'll be back with pleasure!

The apartment was perfect for us...right on the canal with a peaceful private backyard garden and terrace. The kitchen was a gem...everything we needed, whether to just enjoy local wines and cheeses or to cook a full meal. Homps is a convenient hub for visiting other towns and villages nearby. We were there for 11 nights and were sad to leave. Thank you Kay and Knud!

Natacha is very responsive and accommodating, it's nice. Slight downside on the proximity to the road with the noise that it generates but we accommodate it. The hot tub under the stars was welcome in these first days of heat.

The reception by Alain and Nathalie upon our arrival in Calmeille and the introduction to our "new home" was very reliable and committed. During our stay, we got to know them as extremely helpful, warm, generous and also discreet people. The house is really beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable there right away. It is perfectly equipped with everything that belongs to a successful stay, but without appearing overloaded. It is one of the top three of the many Airbnb accommodations we have visited. We enjoyed the hikes recommended by Alain in the immediate vicinity of the house. Simply brilliant, these pure nature experiences! We highly recommend the accommodation to all who love peace and seclusion in nature.

Perfect Holidays with Mr Yves! Our holidays were incredible thanks to Mr Yves, a great host, and an exceptional accommodation! Mr Yves, full of positivity and energy, was incredibly attentive, friendly, always ready to help and responsive. Their attitude made our stay perfect. The accommodation was ideal: a clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. The location is a dream! First row, second floor with balcony and large bay windows for sun and sea air. The view of the beach and the sea was splendid, and waking up to the murmur of the waves – pure happiness! All amenities were close by: market, shops, restaurants. We also bought fresh fish from local fishermen. 20 km away, oyster farms for exquisite oysters. We are very happy with our stay! We'll be happy to go back and highly recommend it!
