I had a great long stay here. The apartment is just as described and matches the pictures. It had everything I needed and a ton of closet space. I especially appreciated the cleaning supplies that were available. The balcony view was the best part of the apartment for me. You get a perfect view of the city and the sunset. All in all, I enjoyed my stay.

Had an amazing stay! I stayed most of the month alone and felt absolutely secure and safe. The place was great, has everything you need, and I would definitely come back and recommend it to others!

The apartment is gorgeous, as in the pictures, communication with the host is very comfortable and easy. The apartment has a very cute terrace outside, green where you relax. The metro station is across the street from the block, you have a mall next door where there's a big supermarket with everything. The block is guarded also has a yard. We loved the apartment, you feel at home there. Thanks a lot to the host and good luck!

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

Good accommodation and very excellent treatment

My family and I enjoyed a one-week stay in this cozy apartment. The accommodation has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant experience. The windows face the private garden, therefore, it is very quiet in the apartment. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram station offering easy access to the Sultanahmet district. Several steps away from Galata Tower and numerous excellent restaurants. Our host Dilek was incredibly helpful and readily available. I would happily return to this apartment.

Great place to stay if you want an authentic feel in a local neighbourhood which is walkable to main sights. The apartment itself is beautiful, very clean, and has a warm, welcoming feel. Benny was an exceptional host -thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Before we arrived, I asked about doing some laundry and he kindly picked up washing powder for us without even being asked. The fridge was stocked with water, which was a lovely touch. The neighborhood, while a little run-down in parts, felt deeply local and gave us the rare opportunity to experience the real Istanbul, away from the busy tourist spots. It was peaceful and quiet during the day, yet just a short walk or quick taxi ride from the bustling markets, main attractions, and business districts. Benny’s local guide was a great read, full of interesting recommendations. We were able to walk to most places, and when needed, local taxis were easy to use—just make sure the driver turns on the meter before you go.

Mr. Tevfik was extremely caring. He thought of all the needs at home and even more. The view and location of the house is great. The house was clean, definitely recommended. I couldn't find anything to break the score, frankly.😁
