Zanna’s was an absolutely amazing place. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was better than the pictures. All amenities were there and well maintained. The house truly feels like home. Zanna is super responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved dealing with her and we certainly would go back if we are back in Dar. 10/10 would recommend. Special mention - Dennis who was our chef for the period we stayed at Zanna’s. His food was fantastic and absolutely delicious. Plus we loved interacting with him and getting recommendations of where to go from him.

Great place to stay while vacationing in Dar es Salaam. Easy check in and Care taker Malaki was always available for any question. Definitely I am recommending this place.

We had a wonderful stay and had lots of fun with a group of friends. The host was incredibly friendly, always available, and very supportive whenever we needed anything. The caretaker was also attentive, even late at night when we required assistance. The residence was clean and private. Although we visited during the rainy season and didn’t use the pool much, it was well-maintained—cleaned and treated appropriately before check-in and after check-out. The location is easily accessible from the main highway. I can't wait to come back to Dar es Salaam—this will definitely be my go-to place again. There's ample parking space, including covered spots, and the security is excellent.

We absolutely loved our weekend at David's place! It may hands down be our favourite spot in Zanzibar, where you are surrounded by a tropical jungle with a beautiful view of the ocean. The swimming pool was incredible. My husband and I, together with our kids had a great time! The chef, Ezekiel, and all of the supporting staff were amazing as well. They gave us just enough privacy but were somehow still there when we needed services. We rented the villa for my husband's birthday and so on day 1 we invited a few friends over. David and his team went above and beyond to make sure that our guests were well taken care of also.

My sons and I had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed to cook while we were there. Deborah was not in town, but her wonderful grandmother -who is also the cohost -was responsive and kind. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. We used bajajis for our mode of transportation while were there and were able to reach major shops within 10-20 minutes. One thing to note is that the home is part of a shared compound. It didn’t impact my stay too much, but for someone who is looking for a completely private stay this should be noted. Overall, we had a great experience and I’d definitely stay again! Wonderful experience in a beautifully well kept compound.

Mango house is a great place and more then that. Diana is a great host and more then that. Is like staying home. Staff are very sweet and help you with what you want and what ever questions you have you get quick answers. I really recommend Mango House.

Nai is a wonderful host. She took care of all my issues to my satisfaction. That was my third time staying at Nai’s place. I love the very big yard with many different plants. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place. I will stay there again when I return to Dar.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkuft von Nancy. Die Ausstattung wahr sehr hochwertig. Inerhalb von einer Autostunde rundherum gibt es vieles zu unternehmen z.B Bagamoyo verschiedene Strände etc. Nancy und ihr Mann wahren stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect, with shops near. The host was very welcoming and responsive, always ready to help and ensure our stay was comfortable. We highly recommend this property and would love to return on our next visit!

Grace was the most welcoming and kind host, our flight was delayed by many hours but she still met us and kindly offered us help with a local taxi she arranged. We were a family of 6 the home was more than perfect, bedrooms are a great size and the kitchen, living room and dining area are all perfect for a family our size! Grace truly made us feel at home and any worries we had she was only a text message away. It was our first time in dar es salaam but we weren’t worried or scared staying there at all, there was a security guard at night so that gave us an extra feeling of security when staying at the air bnb. The home comes with most of what you’ll need for your stay, fresh bedding, towels, cooking equipment and more. We hope to visit one day again and we would definitely stay at graces lovely home again :)

A home away from home indeed!Neema organised for us to be picked from the bus station and made sure we lacked nothing whilst there, thank you to the whole team Castro ( who helped us moving around) and Joseph ( who was always ready to help when we needed him). Feels right at home. With a nice ocean facing rooftop, clean swimming pool. This is a safe lodge, location is quiet and safe with friendly staffs and secured. Responsive host and always checking if everything was ok. This is a place where you can have a perfect rest/relaxation on vacation. I will definitely book again.

Justa and her staff were amazing hosts! They far exceeded the normal Airbnb expectations. Justa's place is exactly as she described it. We were a group of 5 and wanted privacy in a safe and clean environment, and that is exactly what we found in Justa's house. Her staff took very good care of us and met all of our needs. I strongly recommend Justa's home for anyone or large groups looking for a clean and fully functional home for their stay in Dar. Just a is very friendly and welcomed us with open arms. I will definitely stay at Justa's home again during my next trip to Dar es Salaam. Thank you Just a for inviting us to enjoy your beautiful and spacious home. By the way, Helena is an excellent cook. We enjoyed her food very much!

Second Second séjour passé chez Jessica, tout aussi incroyable que le premier. Cette fois ci la pression de l’eau marchait sans problème. Nous avons passé moi et ma famille des vacances parfaites. Cet AirBNB ne manques de rien, tout est à disposition pour que vous passez un agréable séjour, il y a plusieurs petits commerces aux alentours ainsi que des restaurants locaux. Encore merci à Juduca de nous avoir accueilli dans ce lieu et c’est avec plaisir que je recommande cette demeure.

Ai and her staff are very kind people,we checked in around 2am still we found the caretaker and watchman waiting for us .The space in the house is what we were looking forward and privacy ,we got it all .Ai is very calm and quicker to respond any question .I will choose Ai apartment over and over again .Thank you once again Ai

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Freundlichkeit der Besitzer und die Hilfsbereitschaft des Hauswarts, der jederzeit höflich und zuverlässig zur Seite stand. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

It was really wonderful. Ramla and Luay are definitely one of the best hosts I ever encountered. It's a bit difficult to find this place but they have been guiding us and ready to help anytime. You need to pay your own electricity but it wasn't a problem for me. Will come again for the friendly people

Our stay here was amazing, honestly beyond our expectations! The host was incredibly welcoming and even surprised us with food and tea when we arrived, which was very thoughtful. We arranged an airport pickup through them, which made everything so easy from the start. The place was perfect for our family with kids, spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much, and the host made it completely hassle-free with quick and smooth communication. Staying here made our trip to Zanzibar so much better. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stress free and memorable stay!

Hellen's home was awesome! Beautiful, spacious and clean. The garden is well kept with comfy chairs for relaxing outside if you wish to. We had a warm welcome and settled in quickly. Having a strong wifi and smart TV was a big plus. I would definitely book Hellen's place again. And there was Guccie, a lovely dog!

Our stay at Jessica´s place was great. Our flight arrived at 03:00am, Jessica help us arrange a taxi from the airport, and someone to open the house for us in the early hours of the morning. Jessica was always available for any questions or doubts and also helped us with many other tips. The place was spacious, clean and quite well located to get around. I would highly recommend staying at Jessica's place and will probably be a repeat customer in the near future.
