When I searched for this space at a delicate time in my life, the stay and Daniel's understanding were excellent, and he promptly met my expectations, making the checkout flexible, which made it possible to celebrate my wife and son's birthday. Anyway, we will definitely return soon, we love the proximity to everything, we heard restaurants, nice places to walk and enjoy nature, we did trails with the help of a quad bike which was great to end the Sunday, not to mention the historic center of Penedo that has a lot to offer for those who want to walk, rest and style. I highly recommend it

Best airbnb I've ever met! There are no words that can describe the wonder that is Elisa's space! Fantástico! As she said, the house has soul and every detail enchants us and brings warmth ! The noisy of the river, the green, the details and comfort of the rooms, the magnificent gourmet kitchen, the warm ofurô in an incredible look! Everything, everything is sensational! The stone room is a separate attraction! Not to mention that it has absolutely all the possible and unimaginable utensils. In addition, the place is very calm and easy to access, perfect for quiet days and contact with nature ! Elisa is also very kind and gave us all the tips of the place and Luciano, who assists in the reception of the house, is very friendly and very available to help. We patiently explained how to light a fire, fire, sauna and the wood-fired oven! There is nothing that can improve, everything is perfect ! What an amazing place! I was simply delighted with the cottage, super cozy, beautiful and full of details that make the difference. It was super clean, well cared for and the decoration is a delight, it makes you want to live there! The surrounding nature is a spectacle in itself, it brings a surreal peace. The super considerate and sweet host. The vibe of the place is wonderful, perfect for relaxing, disconnecting from the world and enjoying every moment.

It was a great stay, local with a great view, in the midst of nature an excellent place to relax, on the road follow the recommendation of the hosts the car can be a ride but that is not too low, I went with a heath and it was quiet the way take groceries as it is a little distant from the center of itamonte and take marshmallows to make at the fire is great with the cold of the night

We had the pleasure of spending wonderful days at the São João da Colina Site, a simply magnificent place! The atmosphere is extremely clean, cozy and quiet, with a lush view that enchanted us every moment. The service of Isaias and Dani was exceptional, both are super attentive and hospitable, making our stay even more special. O Senhor João e Dona Gonçalina are people of good soul, who welcomed us with great affection. Wake up in this paradise, with the singing of birds and the mugging of the cow, it was like hearing a stunning symphony! The access road is easy to reach, which makes it even easier to visit. Without a doubt, it was one of the best experiences we have ever experienced. We recommend with your eyes closed to all who seek a haven of peace and natural beauty! My scores are to leave the perfect stay, we really like the days we spend on the property, we intend to return and it will be more than excellent if the points below are considered. We missed microwaves because we had two babies, we resolved by heating in a water bath. We indicate more fans to Ricardo, as one of the available fans is very weak and if one part of the group is in one room and another in the dining area with the rooms occupied, someone is in the heat. It happened to us because the children took a nap and at this time the rooms were busy and we could not use the home office and other place without passing heat and dealing with the mosquitoes.

Spending New Year's Eve in Baependi at this cottage was a wonderful experience! For those who want to escape the city and enjoy a time of calm, silence and without people It's PERFECT! It's worth preparing well for travel because access is not so simple, especially if it's rainy days like the end of the year. We don't rent a 4x4 for example. But thanks to Viviane, we parked the car in a nearby neighborhood and for a service value, they took us to the location. Otherwise, we would have stayed halfway rs Viviane and her husband have saved us countless times, they were very amazing with us. They helped us all the time to make sure we had the best experience. They called their contacts to get more barbecue meat, we bought cheeses that she produces herself, lent galoshes for long walks in the mountains, gave precious tips on the trails, and even a walk to more distant waterfalls they organized for us. I leave here our thank you very much!! <3
