Si tratta di una casetta tipica nel centro storico di Isca sullo Ionio. E' disposta su due livelli e dispone di un meraviglioso terrazzo vista mare. Si trova a 4 km dal mare. Soverato è a 10 Km. L'aeroporto più vicino si trova a Lamezia Terme a circa 70 km. E' necessario avere l'auto. La casa è in un contesto molto tranquillo e silenzioso. L'appartamento è completamente accessoriato; dotato di tv color, lavatrice, asciugacapelli ecc.. Per ritrovare il silenzio la pace e la tranquillità non c'è di meglio.
