The beautifully furnished terrace and garden offer wonderful spaces to enjoy outdoor living with stunning sea views. From the well-maintained and shaded garden, a private path easily leads you to the small sandy beach. This secluded beach, accessible only from a few houses, feels almost private. Nestled between the rocks, it is also an ideal spot for snorkeling and exploring the coastal coves. The villa's exceptional location, almost directly on the beach, along with its proximity to both Tropea and Pizzo (about 10 km away), makes this property truly special.
