Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away, because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic. Just relax! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly enthusiastic about the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly took some time for it to be a little warm too) – ideal for relaxing no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you're looking for peace, comfort and a little luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The house is not only very large, but also immaculately clean and furnished with great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality olive oil and the delicious wines that were available directly on site – a wonderful regional addition! The outdoor area is a real highlight: the garden is beautifully maintained, the pool invites you to relax and the small but very well-equipped gym was perfect for staying active on holiday. The reception was extremely warm – we were greeted very kindly and received many great recommendations for the area. The host was always available and made our stay all around pleasant with his helpfulness. We highly recommend this house and the hosts and will definitely come back! 🍷🏡

This was by far the nicest place we've ever stayed at on Airbnb—and we've had some really nice ones. A place just as beautiful as the pictures show. A very modern yet cozy house. Designed and furnished with great attention to detail. And we mean every little detail. Four gorgeous bedrooms with modern bathrooms. Our favorite place was the outdoor kitchen. We spent pretty much every evening there, cooking, eating, drinking – just outstanding. There were lots of toys for the little ones too. The pool was great, clean, and wonderful for cooling off and swimming a few laps. What else can we say? For anyone who doesn't necessarily need the ocean on their doorstep but still wants to have a great time in Croatia – this is the place to be.

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

Very nice contact person. Always very quick feedback and easy contact to identify key handover. The house was very beautiful and we had a great stay. In the same village there is also a place where you can eat well (only a 2-minute walk away). All in all highly recommended to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: the house, the host, the location. The house is furnished with such an incredible attention to detail. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are astonishing. This house is the sort of place that keeps you happy whatever the weather is. David and his family are the best hosts you could imagine. Super kind and positive, always responsive, attentive to our needs (we asked for three beds and highchairs for our babies and we found them in the house when we arrived), full of recommendations for restaurants, things to see, where to park and much more. David even met us in Vrsar to show us his recommended tour of the town and restaurant. The location of the house is also very convenient if you’re going to move around by car. All the areas of interest are within a 30/50 min ride. Thanks so much David and your family for your incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

We had an incredible stay at this house in Flengi! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. A beautiful villa in a quiet hamlet, 2km from an ancient village with 2 bars, a supermarket , a pharmacy and a great pizza restaurant, with easy access by road to Porec, about 25 minutes away. Very well equiped villa with a spacious open plan kitchen/dining room and lounge. Large tv with standard european satellite channels and streaming. Lovely terrace for dining and relaxing. Super swimming pool. Secure parking. Danira welcomed us to the villa together with her daughter Sara and showed us round , explaining all the facilities clearly. They responded very quickly and clearly to messages. The perfect accommodation for a very relaxing holiday, we would be very happy to return.

We had a fantastic week. The villa was perfect and beautifully presented with lots of extra touches that made it a special place to stay. Marina was great, we were able to check in earlier and she provided us with everything we needed and was quick to respond. The villa is really private and peaceful but situated really well for a short drive into to Porec and the main roads are easily accessible to be able to explore Istria.

We had a wonderful time at Martina’s villa. Beautifully decorated, great layout of the villa, wonderful outside space (couldn’t get enough of the pool and BBQ!) clean, great communication, early check in, local recommendations- our stay was a perfect experience. Highly recommend.

The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.

We were there as a family (5 adults, 1 two-year-old, 1 dog) and it was a dream! The villa is surrounded by a beautiful, semi-shady garden and is absolutely quiet. The whole house was perfectly clean and the kitchen is more than well equipped. You really don't need to take anything with you. There are also plenty of towels per person. All of us slept excellently, grilling worked well, air conditioning gives off a lot of gas. There were even play options like a slide and a playhouse for our son! The option to wash your laundry is also practical. The property is also fenced all around, so the dog cannot go on an excursion alone. All in all, absolutely recommended :)
