Baroque apartment at the Old Town Hall 1

A very special apartment in a dream location with a view of the Bamberg Town Hall, stylishly decorated with antiques. The front building was built in 1530, and the water-side building followed in 1640. Originally a half-timbered house that was plastered during the Baroque period in the 17th century. The façade was restored in May 2026 with great attention to detail and now shines again in all its glory next to the town hall. The house was purchased by my grandparents in 1968; before that, it was a pharmacy for 200 years.

In the small wooden house surrounded by half-timbered houses in the quiet village center, you can relax and enjoy the nature of nearby Franconian Switzerland. The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Half-timbered house Benefit - Garden and terrace

The more than 100-year-old half-timbered house was lovingly renovated in 2017 and is now looking forward to welcoming its guests. It can accommodate two people. In front of the house, there is a terrace and garden. Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi and radio provide entertainment. The bathroom has a floor-level shower, sink and toilet. In addition to a kettle, coffee maker & fridge, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Located not far from the city of Bamberg, on the edge of Franconian Switzerland.

Stylish old building apartment in the heart of Coburg

Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The in-law includes a parking space, which is located directly in front of the separate entrance. The apartment includes: - Hallway with separate toilet and shower, - Fitted kitchen with electrical appliances, - open living room with dining area, flat screen TV, ... - Bedroom with wardrobe and double bed - Daylight bathroom with bath and shower, - own terrace with sun awning and terrace furniture. Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Close to nature and Franconian coziness.

Spend relaxing days in a typical Franconian village. Our property is located directly on the outskirts in a quiet but by no means secluded location and is a great starting point for many activities. Ideal for dog owners as we are directly adjacent to fields and meadows. A bakery, butcher and supermarket are almost around the corner and in the village there are inns with good home cooking and home-brewed beer. The Main and quarry lakes in the vicinity provide cooling on hot days.
