„Cottage IKA“ ist ein älteres, gemütliches Einfamilienhaus in Holzbauweise mit kleinem Garten und befindet sich in ruhiger grüner Lage. In nur 10 Gehminuten sind Sie im Zentrum der Marktgemeinde Mondsee und am See, sowie in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto in Salzburg. "Cottage IKA" is an older, cozy single-family timber house with a small garden and is located in a quiet, green area. Walking 10 minutes you are in the center of Mondsee and at the lake “Mondsee”, in 20 minutes by car in Salzburg.

Hallstatt Lakeview House

Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Willkommen im Rodlhaus GruBÄR! Der Holzofen im Wohn- und Essbereich sorgt für wohlige Wärme. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen ein. Vom Balkon blickst du ins Naturschutzgebiet und hast direkten Zugang zur großen Rodl. Im Obergeschoss findest du gemütliche Schlafplätze. The spacious house was renovated with a lot of love in 2024, quiet garden with terrace and barbecue facilities, 3 minutes to the motorway, quiet location, good local transport, 5 minutes to the Bad Schallerbach thermal world / Eurothermenresort. 5 minutes to Schmiding Zoo The city of Wels is also very easy to reach and Linz is only 30 minutes away.
