In the large living room you can relax on one of the three sofas with a good movie (large TV with cable TV and Netflix) or via the Internet (WLAN) plan your next trips. If you like to cook, this is easy in the fully equipped kitchen. From the stove to the coffee maker, everything is there to serve a magical meal in the dining area or on the balcony. The beds are made for arrival and towels are ready for you The new apartment is located in the 2ndFloor to which you can take the elevator or the stairs. In the city center, the main train station or the Rupertus Therme you can easily go by city bus (which is free with the guest card, by the way). The bus stop is just a minute away. By bus or train you can get to the city center of Salzburg without traffic or parking problems. Free parking is right in front of the house. Directly from the house there are also numerous hiking possibilities. You are in 2 minutes in nature. Dogs and children are welcome. We are happy to provide you with a cot. Basically, the minimum rental period is 3 days, but if of course times less going on, or if times between bookings are free, then of course it is also for one or two nights. You can find free parking about 200 metres from the property, at the Rupertus Therme. There is space for your bicycles in the garage. You can get to the thermal baths in just 4 minutes and to the city centre in about 7 minutes. If you arrive before check-in or after check-out, you can leave your luggage in our secure basement area at your own risk.

In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a fitness area. The house has a great, quiet location and very good accessibility.

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6 m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and impresses with modern or old art (originals). In most rooms there is 60-year-old, revitalized parquet; as well as in the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group), as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please be careful with the parquet floors in the bathroom! :=)
