The villa is in Weimar's best housing area with the park at its doorstep. The city is just a few minutes walking. This over 80 year old villa provides a special atmosphere: It is refurbished but still somewhat outdated, best for people who rather appreciate the original then looking for everything being modernised. The large room has got a double bed and enjoys a lot of daylight. The bathroom is just opposite of the room and needs to be shared as well as the kitchen in the basement of the villa.

The large room has got a double bed and enjoys a lot of daylight. The bathroom is on the same floor as the room and needs to be shared as well as the kitchen in the basement of the villa.

Seminarhaus Zum Waldblick

Room for 2 with luxury bathroom (shower, tub and infrared cabin) in a family atmosphere (all other rooms are common rooms). Ideal for staycation: sleeping in, breakfast in bed and pajama day for pure relaxation. The entire house can accommodate up to 10 people and can be rented on request for family meetings and events, including (vegan) catering. Right in front of the house is a forest with a bike path and numerous lakes. I'll be happy to provide further information.

Guest room in a stately ambience!

The manor house was built in 1906. It is surrounded by a very large courtyard, which is now used more for events than for agriculture. You reach the 2nd floor of the mansion via a separate staircase at the side entrance. There are several guest rooms here. These are otherwise used for our private guests. But we also offer you guests from all over the world. Each room is individually decorated. PS: These are only individual rooms, not an apartment

Cozy country house for groups up to 10 P in a double room - with fireplace & large garden You take care of the meals yourself. Small pantry kitchen with 2 hotplates, 1 induction plate, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Towels and bed linen must be brought or can be ordered from us. *Laundry package with bed linen & towels 25€ p.p. ! The bathrooms with shower and toilets are each in the hallways opposite the rooms!

Time out with us and with you

The idyll due to the secluded location and nature create a feeling of seclusion, of short immersion. Soothing timecanbe expected. Wide, tranquility, the individuality of the guest villa with only 10 rooms and thus exquisite contact with other people allows an atmosphere of uplifting – "It's like a home, like a little oasis." (frequent guest quote).
