Our 80 sqm apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, directly below King Ludwig II's fairytale castle Neuschwanstein and overlooking the castle Hohenschwangau. In 15 minutes you are on foot at the Alpsee and on the ascent to the castles. Many beautiful hikes/ bike rides start with us. Schwangau is 2.6 km from the apartment, while Füssen is 4.2 km away.

Our house is the perfect base for anyone who enjoys spending time in nature. Here you will find peace and relaxation in the midst of the mountains. A place to feel good. In summer, you can start leisurely hikes right from your front door. With the Bregenzerwald guest card, you can also use all cable cars for free in summer, and admission to the outdoor swimming pools is included. In winter, ski slopes, cross-country skiing trails and beautiful winter hiking paths await you amidst the snowy natural landscape.

The holiday apartment is located in our house on the ground floor and is perfect for mountain and nature enthusiastic groups and for cosy evenings. Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar.
