The BergSeeNest wants to be a quiet, stylish holiday home for you. Right on the Soier See - with a mountain view from the garden, it invites you to enjoy nature. It has been completely renovated by January 2025. I have selected the interior to be high quality, modern, personal and with attention to detail, I hope you like it! Directly from the house you can enjoy wonderful walks, hikes, bike tours, swimming, cross-country skiing in winter or ice skating on the lake! - everything is possible.

Wooden floors, clay plaster, old lovingly restored wooden furniture, the bathroom is large and bright. This apartment gives space to relax and feel comfortable. The eat-in kitchen is modern and simple, inviting you to cook and enjoy. The living room is flooded with light, has a beautiful sitting window and a large balcony with beautiful views of the Alpine foothills. Two cozy bedrooms and a small clay plaster sauna make the apartment a small temporary home.

Discover the tranquility and beauty of the Upper Bavarian Alpine foothills in my lovingly furnished apartment in Bad Bayersoien. In the immediate vicinity are real natural beauties: meadows, moors, the Ammer and the idyllic Soier See. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hiking and biking in the Pfaffenwinkel and the Ammergauer Alps. A bakery, a village shop with regional delicacies and two traditional Bavarian inns are within walking distance.

The ground-level apartment (about 80 m²) has a large living/dining area, a spacious bedroom, another room with sleeping and working facilities as well as a shower/toilet. The apartment also includes a parking space and a terrace in a quiet location. Wi-Fi is available. The apartment has been completely renovated and has been available to you as a vacationer for the first time since January 25. We would love to welcome you as guests to our apartment.

Up to 6 people (including 1 toddler) can find heavenly peace and quiet here, or, if you prefer, exciting adventures. Enjoy picturesque sunsets on one of your 3 terraces. You love to grill? Great food is possible on our large Weber Gas Grill. Our fantastic accommodation is perfect for smaller groups or families of up to 6 people.

Welcome to beautiful Upper Bavaria! Our newly built, modernly furnished solid wood house is in a quiet, sunny location in Bad Kohlgrub. The Hörnle cable car can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The large terrace and a private garden invite you to linger. In the village itself there are shops, restaurants and cafes. Innsbruck, Munich and Augsburg can be reached in about an hour. We'd love to have you as our guests!
