Frane’s place is very conveniently located! It’s a short 5-10 minute walk to Old Town, ferry port and Split’s boardwalk and marina. The unit is spacious (more than I expected from the pictures), clean and comfortable Also, there are no stairs. Frane was always in touch with us prior to our arrival and was always attentive and responsive, even let us check in before the official time, which was a plus and we appreciated very much. I recommend this place to anyone looking where to stay in Split in a quiet zone, but really close to all city attractions and landmarks. Thank you Frane for your kindness and attentions to us! Darija was a particularly available host and had great tips for visiting the city and its surroundings. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped and located 15 minutes' walk from the old town, 10 minutes' drive from the first beaches. Parking is available and the neighborhood is very peaceful. We'll come back without hesitating!

What a lovely studio apartment. The location is great close enough to walk to the Old Town in about 5 minutes, and far enough away to feel peaceful. Also very close to a sand beach. The apartment is small, but as a solo traveller it was perfect for me. Small kitchen with a fridge, hob, microwave and all the utensils you could need. Comfortable double bed. And a glorious balcony with a table and chairs to sit and relax. Nikolina was a very attentive host, met me at the property and had left me some water, juice and a lovely bottle of Croatian white wine. If I ever return to Split, I would absolutely stay at this apartment again! Thanks Nikolina!

Excellent location for beaches and all activities. No car needed for everything in Omiš. Host Nataša was really excellent in comms at all stages, helped source taxis for us and very knowledgeable with lots of useful tips and things to do. Apartment clean, excellent internet, everything you needed. Thank you for a great short holiday.

We spent 14 wonderful quiet and relaxing days on Brac. Ana and Goran's apartment was a very nice starting point for discovering the island to which we were always very happy to return in the evening. In advance, Ana and Goran provided us with a lot of tips for our stay, but we could not all perceive them. There were several reasons for this. We had hoped for beach weather with warm water for mid-October and would not be disappointed. We had the beaches almost to ourselves due to the advanced season. We enjoyed this tranquility on the beaches and the beautiful weather. However, the small downside of the tranquility was that the bars on the beaches were all closed and also many restaurants in the places were already closed. But there was still plenty of choice and then we had Ana and Goran's very well-equipped kitchen. The suburb contact Gianni is very personable and helpful.

Really nice apartment, 10 minutes walk from one of the best beach clubs I found in Split, so, pretty convenient! We had some issues with the kitchen but Zdravka was so fast and efficient to answer that those issues were resolved super quickly! We are really happy with the time there and looking forward to come back one day! 😊

The place was great in a good location if you want to have a peaceful and quiet stay while being able to reach anywhere around the city and islands. The beach close by is very peaceful and perfect for a morning swim. Would 100% recommend!

The apartment was exactly as described, with a beautiful view. There’s no need for a car since the bus stops are conveniently close. There are no cons to mention – the apartment is priced as it should be. The small selection of books provided was surprisingly interesting.

This is a lovely, well kept property. The swimming pool is a good size and we really enjoyed that, along with the al Fresco kitchen and barbecue. The place was all particularly clean on arrival and was easy to find. The location is good with the waterfront at Kastel Stari being a few minutes drive down the hill. Being next to the train line is no issue trains are quite infrequent and didn't disturb us at all.

An awesome villa - great size, spacious living areas, a gym and games room downstairs and a large pool. We loved it. Although it’s a fair distance away from the centre of Split getting an Uber was very easy and cost about €26. Darko was brilliant, very attentive and brought round food which was incredibly generous and exceptionally well made. We loved our time there

We loved the place and the hosts were very helpful, even arranging transport from airport. The view and pool were amazing. We did not cook. Walk to town is short, but steep - maybe 10-15 minutes. Only downside is it’s right under the flight path for arrivals to Split. This is true for a lot of Trogir.

nice little house and the pool is very good. All necessary toiletries, kitchen and linen are included. Kristian the son is very responsive and very kind. The house is next to a river. Shops nearby.

We had an amazing 5-day stay at Villa Karina in the Marjan Forest near Split. The villa was spotless and very well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet still close enough to the city to explore easily. Our host was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet retreat with top notch hospitality!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Tissa. Damir and his wife were so welcoming and helpful and the villa was spotless. The pool was lovely and warm enough to swim in even in April on windier days. We loved the sauna, pool, hot tub and ping pong table. The villa is split in three self containing apartments which is great if you have separate groups or older children who like independence. There is so much to do in the area and the supermarkets and airport are a short drive away. We would absolutely recommend you book this villa and I am sure we will be back too!

Beautiful clean house. Around 25 minutes to the centre of Split. Host was good and was quick with responses to any questions I had throughout stay however did not greet us to show the place around. The outdoor dining space is lovely and we spent most of our evenings there.
