Holiday rentals with lake access in Bacutia Beach

Host is very good, responds fast, proactive, helpful and offers several good tips and vouchers. The house matches the ad, very new and functional. In my opinion, I should have a swimming pool instead of the jacuzzi, by the number of people it holds. The location is good, very quiet and apparently safe, despite the short stretch of road of floor (2min), is very close (5min) to the center of Meaípe and the beaches of Bacutia and Peracanga.

Great house, extremely clean, smelling linens, super clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean kitchen utensils, everything flawless! Wonderful Barbecue area, great swimming pool. The place is gorgeous! The super polite host, responds quickly… The place is more withdrawn, but it has a nearby market! Great for resting with family and friends. Anyway… perfect!

Angélica super solicit and polite. It guided me right about everything. The only difficulty I found was being a little further from the beach and needing a car to go, but in general, a nice house, clean, smelling, it was very good our stay. We would definitely return.

Great home for a big group trip. The pool, sauna and outdoor area are really great options for spending all day or relaxing after the beach. The host is responsive and flexible, providing all the requested information. The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos. I would definitely stay there again.

The landlord always answered us with promptness and kindness. The house is great and very well located. Township of the best beaches. We are in 10 adults and 3 children, all very well accommodated.

My stay at Juliana's place was great. In fact, as mentioned in comments below, the house surprises in person. It is wide, airy and was clean. It has a very good structure and allows everyone to be well accommodated. We had complications due to an overload of energy in Guarapari, but this did not hinder the stay. On the contrary, we were able to adjust what she gave and Juliana was super attentive. It's close to the beach and has some amenities nearby. I highly recommend it and would stay again.

The place is simply extraordinary! Delícia de Place! We felt at home, with all these necessary amenities, made us very comfortable. Extremely clean house with freshly cleaned up nice smell. Great pool too, the high point. The Super Near Beaches, 5 minutes drive. We want to come back for sure. Queila was very considerate and kind. Our stay was short but enough to make us want to return soon, and certainly refer to friends and family.

Felipe was a great host. Ease of communication and speed from beginning to end of stay. The house is wonderful, it has exactly everything that is needed for a great accommodation. Zero defects. Quiet neighborhood, everything asphalted, leisure area too good. Indico with eyes closed for those who want tranquility and comfort.

Shirley's apartment exceeded all expectations!!! My sister and I have already decided that we will be back next year for sure! And it's not just the apartment: the condominium also gets a thousand note. I will summarize... The apartment is comfortable, it is at a very quiet point, but close to everything good in the condominium at the same time. Shirley is a caring and very competent host, as well as having an infinite patience to explain things to two ladies (myself and my sister!). It was a fully stress-free stay. The ad fulfills everything it promises and more! I loved the condominium. Everything always clean, organized, kind and helpful employees. The pool won my heart and the 24h market saved me! Walking around the condominium is an activity that I recommend to everyone. The two nearby beaches have also conquered us forever: Peracanga and Bacutia are ideal for the person to "soak" in the water! I came home today, but I'm already missing the days I spent in this wonderful place!

Very cozy lodging, very comfortable home and very well behaved my family. Clear space, easy to pick up the key. We could walk to the beach, but we chose to go by car. Wifi working perfectly. Condomínio very beautiful and with great structure.

The house has several bedrooms and a spacious kitchen, providing comfort for everyone. The atmosphere is very peaceful, ideal for relaxing without worries. Wonderful place with a lot of contact with nature. Well-equipped house, with everything you need to spend very cool days. We went to 5 families with children to spend the carnival and everyone loved the pool and the entire green area. It is worth noting that all rooms have individual bathrooms, giving total privacy. Sitio do lemon, excellent place, for you to rest as a family, nature, explained Region buenos Aires in the middle of the forest many mountain birds, very good pool, rustic style house, perfect full kitchen space and barbecue, very good accommodations, very good internet signal. And very close to the beaches 15 minutes by car, dirt road good for locomotion. The owner is to be congratulated for the reception at all times guiding us and service the best, in the world. Attentive, worried about bringing the bottled water, serviced the pool. He provided the beach chairs and umbrella. At all times, we are concerned about our well-being. Comfortable and cozy house in the middle of the Atlantic forest. Although it appears isolated, it is very close to the “centrinho” of Buenos Aires, a mountain region of Guarapari, approximately 10km from the beach. Place of quiet and peace! We enjoy a lot!! We refer and hope to have another opportunity to spend wonderful days with family and friends in this paradise!

The house is beautiful, super faithful to the photos. Easy to reach, on the way to the waterfall (2km), it is possible to walk. It is also close to the square, where there is a market. The house has absolutely everything, complete cookware, barbecue, wood stove, even bathrobes, the children loved it. And the warm, great jacuzzi. We'll be back again!
