the apartment is large spacious, a great balcony close to the beach, everything clean and organized. very good we will come back more often.

I really liked the stay, the house was clean when I arrived, the check in was in a great time and very simple, the house is very cozy, the condominium is wonderful, there is barbecue area, swimming pools, soccer field, block, mini market, mini library, sauna, space to do exercises, restaurant, playground for children, an amazing lake, very quiet environment with 24-hour monitoring, very close to the beaches, it was great, the checkout was very simple too, for sure I will be back. Priscila answered me quickly, it was all easy for me. The only point I didn't like was the single mattresses, they were smelly, I had to sleep on the sofa bed, but otherwise no complaints.

Eapço marvellous, this place and beautiful of more, the ap has a view that rests, I love this place. O Elias otimo anfitriao, atendimento otimo. When we arrived, I felt at a Hotel, face bath towels, water , soap, just have to take it from home, the rest has everything. Parabens!!!!

The apartment is great. Well located. Airy. An incredible view of the beach and the sea. Equipped kitchen. Great bed. Great bed and bath linens. Everything's really good. We'll be back.

Beautiful apartment, with a perfect view! Very comfortable, well located, everything perfect in the apartment. Host always available. We only had bad luck at check-in, with a more serious doorman who made it a little difficult for us on arrival... after 10 hours of travel it was very unpleasant. Other gatekeepers educadissimos, wonderful ...but this was not Flávio's fault and it happens ... it was our unhappiness... everything perfect... did not spoil our stay... it was wonderful days with my family in a true paradise facing the Sea and the well of the Jesuits... I highly recommend the place and I intend to go back

Danielle was an excellent host, her apartment is wonderful, very cozy and complete, the location is perfect for accessing the best beaches of Guarapari, (Bacutia and Peracanga), we will certainly return other times.

Eliseo and Ivana were very helpful, they just didn't let me check in earlier because they had other guests in the assortment, but they were very flexible at check-out, I left around 2 in the afternoon... the apartment is very new and has everything a group of 5 people need. The location is excellent and has many shops nearby... I would definitely come back.

Very polite and attentive host, we received very well, and provided all the support we need. The location is great, it is very close to the beach and the shows. And the house is cozy and quiet, I really felt at home. I will no doubt go again.

cristiane's apartment is very good, great location, close to supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant. This is the second time we have stayed there and we will stay other times if we go to Guarapari . Cristiane was very solicitous in everything . It is well worth staying there. Only compliments.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

We love the space, exactly as in the pictures. Close to everything, great location. My family loved it.

Excellent Hosting! Privileged location, new and safe building. Perfectly functioning elevator, good garage space. The all-modern apartment with excellent complete and impeccable new furniture and crockery, especially for those who love table set! Large well ventilated room and cozy rooms, excellent bathrooms. Co host Renato very kind and helpful. Super recommend it.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

Extremely quiet place, gated condominium with 24h gate, several leisure areas and the apartment is complete with the utensils. Luiz responds quickly and gave all instructions. I recommend and intend to return.

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful. Super safe, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, close to the beach, all very organized. Uber searches and takes without problems. The apartment is exactly like the one described in the ad, kitchen super complete. Communication with the hostess is super fast, she always responds quickly and very attentive. We love hosting and recommend it.

At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.

Third time I stayed ON AIRBNB and this time renting an entire place, I really enjoyed the cost-effectiveness and the apartment being as advertised. Hostel always available though it didn't demand much, the apartment having the basics of what a summer space needs and even more. And I had plenty of pillows to sleep for, something I asked Mrs. Lindonéia and I was answered: I thank you for your kindness.
