The 17th century Garden Studio is a unique, self contained stone cottage with a king sized bedroom, full kitchen/diner upstairs and cosy lounge, with wood burning stove, and spacious bathroom downstairs. With its own front door guest have direct access to the spacious garden and seating area. Well behaved dogs are also welcome to stay but can't be left unattended in the studio, un The lounge has a sofa and futon chair that can be converted into a double and single bed, by prior arrangement.

Stay at the Lake View Lodge and wake up to fantastic views of Lake Windermere and its mountain backdrop every morning. There is also a gallery or sleeping-platform above the kitchen area which can be accessed via a wall ladder (see photos) from the living room, with two single beds and also a sofa bed in the living room.
