Riverside Grouse Creek Inn

Listen to the burbling river from the private hot tub to a mountain backdrop, while the deep jetted tub in the main bathroom is an equally welcome sight. The gourmet kitchen has a Viking stove, while the wood-rich interior includes 2 gas fireplaces. New luxury king mattress and bed in the main bedroom! This property used to provide the "Rooms on the River" when it was part of the Minturn Inn on Main street. Now this coveted spot is all for you. Tucked out of the way on a quiet street it's the perfect place to relax after a hard day of mountaineering. The apartment consists of the great room and the master bedroom suite. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bedside fireplace, en-suite bathroom with jetted bath tub, glass shower and hot tub right outside your bedroom door. The main room contains a queen bed with privacy curtains which has direct access to the main bathroom and shower. The main room also contains a full gourmet kitchen, breakfast bar, round table that seats 6, 50" tv with cable, and pull out sleeper sofa. The apartment opens directly out to the yard right on the river. The entire apartment is private including private entrance. The yard is shared with us, however we rarely use it since our children prefer the front/street side of the house where they can ride their bikes! My wife or I will often be out fly-fishing in our backyard river in the summer evenings. We're happy to share the space and tell you what's biting! Unfortunately, we are not wheelchair accessible. Or even high-heel accessible. Boots are recommend to walk through the shoveled path that takes you to the riverside entrance. There is a rope handrail to help guide you but you must be sure-footed. Our family of four live in the completely separate upstairs. I'm normally available for anything that comes up, but do not want to impede on your relaxing riverside vacation. Minturn is a small ski town away from the bustle of Vail and Beaver Creek. Stroll to several restaurants, a winery, quaint gift shops, a record store, and perhaps the best fly shop in the mountains. Ski, raft, and mountain bike just minutes away. There is free parking in the driveway. There is a bus stop a 3-minute walk away that will take you to Vail for $4. Ubers and taxis are also available. Our home and property is non-smoking. No pets please. Pack n' Play with fitted sheet in unit. Ironing board/iron, fan, extra blankets, picnic basket/backpack, hair dryer in each bathroom.

A new build, the condo is immaculately equip and conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Frisco bars and restaurants. Both bedrooms are ensuite. The first bedroom has a king bed and the second room has queen over queen bunk beds. The lounge has an incredible view of Greys and Toreys peak, 2 of Colorado's famous ft mountains. Which can be enjoyed in front of the gas fire or out on the small deck. Condo sleeps 6 comfortably (1 King Bed and a Queen over Queen bunkbed), has WiFi internet, TV via Amazon Firestick. Live channels via Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix and HBO are also available. The condominium has underfloor heating throughout, gas fireplace and a fully equip kitchen and single car garage. Parking for one additional vehicle is also provided. Just outside the condo is a summit stage bus stop providing access to 4 mountains. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes until 2:00am. Perfect if you want to avoid parking charges at the slopes or just enjoy apres-ski and leave the car. The condominium has WiFi. We have provided an Amazon Fire Stick, which includes HBO, Netflix as well as amazon Prime shows and films which are free to use. Any films rented will simply be deducted from your deposit at the end of your stay. The Kitchen The condominium contains gas stove, microwave/grill, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Cookware such as pots and pans and baking trays is provided. We don't live local so we won't get in your way! Located at the base of Mount Royal, the condo is walking distance to Frisco's wealth of authentic bars and delicious local restaurants. Spend the day in the town or head to one of the many picturesque hiking and biking trails in the area. The summit stage stops just outside the property boundary offering free transport i the slopes and all major towns. Runs untill 2:00am. Avoid expensive parking at the slopes and enjoy a beer!

Cozy up in front of the fireplace, or make a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen! Enjoy a good nights sleep in the new mattress and comfy sheets Vail ID:018424 Brand new space - we put our heart into renovating this place. We loved the location on the river so much, that’s why we bought here. The interior is all fresh and new. We walk less than a minute to get to the free vail bus, it’s so convenient! The entire space is yours. Enjoy the beautiful balcony overlooking Gorecreek or curl up on our new sofa to watch a movie with the fire on. We have an extremely comfortable new mattress that will make it hard to leave the bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with with all of the kitchen utensils you need to prepare a beautiful meal. Assigned parking steps from the door! We are always available by email or phone. Sometimes we are in the building, sometimes just a call away. Happy to help anytime. We are on the Gore Creek in West Vail. Looking down the river and conveniently located across from the Free Vail Bus at Ptarmigan stop. Only minutes to Lionshead and Vail village, with some of our favorite restaurants and the grocery store. Please let us know if you will be arriving with a car.
