Very close to the location, at the foot of the Wimitzer Mountains is also the idyllically located Goggausee. As a small swimming lake halfway between the district town of Feldkirchen and the rural market community Weitensfeld, it is located far from tourist centers in a landscape reserve. The mountain cottage has about 59 m² of living space, has 2 bedrooms, 1 living and dining room with kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms and an approx. 13 m² terrace. It is located at about 1000 m above sea level.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and is accessible by car all year round. For summer vacationers, there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car. In winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski resort. The chairlift of the Wörthersee descent is a 2-minute walk away. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered ski slopes or in the forest are also popular.
