Germán was an excellent host and very attentive to us. He also responded to all my texts very quickly. The house was excellent with an exceptional location, everything 100% with only one detail, the water pressure in the bathrooms was very low. My family and I loved this beautiful house. We have 3 children aged 2 and 5 and we thought it was going to be complicated but it was the opposite. The house has a great location, as they say it is at the foot of a cenote and it was impressive to return to the house one day when we took an excursion and see our little house in Bacalar in the distance and be able to take a photo from the Lagoon to save this beautiful memory that was an important part of our vacation. Every morning it was beautiful to open the curtains and see the Lagoon there with us, with those wonderful colours. We couldn't have picked a better place. Super complete and first-class service. Beautiful and quiet, excellent location. We used the kayaks every day and enjoyed the hammocks in front of the Lagoon. The loft-style home setup was great for our family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults). We’d love to go back again one day!

We stayed for 3 unforgettable days, we were comfortable 6 people and a baby, the kayaks and bicycles were very useful, the kitchen very well equipped, the location perfect near the center of Bacalar. Access to the lagoon made it a great experience, we entered the lagoon at all hours, the incredible sunrise from the kayak Landy was very attentive, she was flexible with the check-in schedule, she was attentive at all times. definitely going back

Martin and his wife are very nice. The dogs in the house are a worship. The beach is a wonder there are fish on the shore you can swim and enjoy the wonderful sand the kayak are very much enjoyed. We highly recommend visiting the house.

My friends and I were delighted with the house , very spacious, comfortable, with a spectacular view of the Lagoon and with its own pier. Landy welcomed us and was always attentive to our needs and daily I could see what everything was clean, we always felt safe because the area is very quiet. Thousand percent recommended.

The house is right on the Laguna. What a great place! The shared areas are nice and clean. The house is on the outskirts of Bacalar, but the town center is close by and on walking distance. Olga is an amazing host, who takes care of her house and the guests. I would definitely recommend staying at Olga’s place if you have planes to visit Bacalar.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everyone who works there is so friendly and very helpful. The food in the little restaurant is made with love, always consistent, and very delicious! The views from our room were stunning! The location is a bit remote but the hotel offers taxi communication right from the start, and it is very reliable. The room was also well protected from mosquitos, which was pleasantly surprising. We loved this little, Mexican family-owned spot.

The cabin had a wonderful view to the Bacalar Lagoon. From the property, you could directly access the lagoon for swimming and enjoying its crystal clear waters. The place was very quiet and the hosts were always attentive to everything we needed, being very friendly at all times. The surroundings were extremely quiet, allowing you to relax and fully enjoy the place. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay for those looking for a serene destination with an impressive nature. It is important to note that the road to the cabin can be a little tricky, with branches, potholes and slopes that can represent a challenge. Therefore, it is recommended to arrive in an own vehicle to be able to access without problems. Also, it is recommended to bring the food and insect repellent as there are several mosquitoes in the area. Overall, it's a great option for those who want to get away from the hustle.

Beautiful place and located a right by the lagoon.

the room is very large, with air conditioning. the bathroom is very large everything clean. the location is in the entrance of bacalar, so by bike or by car you get to the center in 5 minutes. its very nice beach club is walking from the lagoon... there is no restaurant(it is crossing the street), however there is more father why you put your drinks or your things and enjoy the club without paying. you are lending bikes and kayak.... maybe the only thing would be that you take your life jackets so that you can get more Agusto into the lagoon. but it is very nice... the pool is also very clean only that it is in the part of the accommodation ... and the beach club you have to walk the same... it is pet friendly super friendly all and I felt very comfortable why they respected my pets....

had a great stay here. Gemma, Ricardo's wife was attending to us. she is very lovely and was great at communicating everything about the place and our stay. the place is lovely with a great beach and hammocks and chairs. we were also able to use a kayak they provided for free and we had a great time on the water. we definitely would come back!
