Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bacalar Lagoon

Very nice location with private access to the lagoon. We spent the majority of the time outdoors. Everything is set up in this direction. (Palapa, Hammocks, sun loungers, canoes, BBQ etc) The A/C in the rooms is essential at night, given the temperatures:) The host is very responsive to any questions or issues. We enjoyed a lot during this quiet stay. A real little paradise!

Great location right on the lake. We especially enjoyed spending time in the outdoor eating area (with full kitchenette), and swimming and watersports activities right off the private pier. Note that the property has bedrooms in two separate buildings. Two bedrooms are lakefront, and the remaining bedrooms are a bit further back in a separate building, which also includes a kitchen and outdoor seating. The property was clean and well kept, albeit a bit dated. Location is about 5 minute drive into town. Overall a great spot for a few days in Bacalar.

Mariana’s place is a perfect accommodation for Bacalar. To be lagoon side and have a gorgeous property to enjoy is an experience my family will remember forever. The house was clean, orderly, and had all that we needed to enjoy cooking at home and enjoy our leisure time. I hope this magical spot stays just as wonderful and beautiful for our next visit. The place is very nice and very close to Bacalar. The pool is great, the water was always kept warm and it's deep. The only thing I would like to be in the description is that the pool can be shared because we chose the place with respect to the location and that the pool would be for us and it was not. Despite everything, we really enjoyed staying at Casa Pimienta. Maria's service and recommendations are very good.

What a beautiful place! The colors of the water end up in your peripheral all day, it's amazing. We spent most of our time out on the back dock or in the water, but the home is great too. The AC in the bedrooms works great. It's in a quiet part of town, and just a quick cab to town center. The house was very clean and well equipped! We took advantage of the kayaks and explored the lagoon under a full moon. I'll never forget it. Claudia was a great host upon check in and check out, and was always responsive if I had questions:)

The accommodation is just like the publication, everything was perfect and without any problems, it is beautiful and everything is in perfect condition.

Very good accommodation to rest, the place is quiet and close to access to the lagoon to eat or do activities. Mrs. Claudia is always attentive and helpful. If what you're looking for is a quiet place to rest, it's the place.

I love the accommodation, it's to my liking, very good for vacationing since you have many things nearby, everything works and the accommodation is always clean, also very well thought out to enjoy. In the case of the hostess Claudia, she was super friendly at all times, always recommended things to do and was also attentive every day to see if we needed anything, really super attention, in the end I ended up knowing many good places thanks to her recommendations. I'd definitely go back to Bacalar again without a second thought.

It was a very pleasant stay, far from the noise and the truth to rest 100%, the access to the lagoon is a charm and the truth is that the privacy of each guest is respected... super comfortable and highly recommended...

Excellent place to stay, very centrally located and affordable price

The place is excellent, everything according to the ad, comfortable furniture, very good spaces, super clean, access without problems, the garage for a small car is great, the patio that surrounds the studio - apartment is great for the pet since it is pet-friendly. The location is not the most central but it is not far from the areas you want to visit. For me it was not a problem since it was not only that which I required, so for me it was excellent since it covered everything I was looking for, utensils to be able to cook and eat, everything very good, the only detail is the shower that does not have much water pressure but it is not an inconvenience, I would definitely book again if I return to visit Bacalar

I really liked Emma's apartment because of the coziness. You can see the attention to detail to make the guest feel comfortable. It has the basic tools to cook, plus they provide water, salt, sugar, cooking oil, bean coffee; which doesn't happen in many accommodations. I also liked that it has a private garage and pool. The downside is that it is far from the village and shops. If you're going by car, it's no problem as it's 10 minutes to downtown by car.

Lovely apartment close to town centre and lagoon. Free parking if you have a car. Lovely pool. The apartment was very clean, well supplied and hosts were very responsive.

The place is very nice, the access is by a complicated path but it is part of the experience of being away from the village and private and does not depend on them that path. The place is a 10 if you know how to understand, it is a homemade place not a luxury resort and the photos are always nicer than the place but in value it stands out. The stay was fine, you can use the free kayaks and explore the lagoon The only thing that would improve is that the bathroom does not have any ventilation and what even by regulation I would have to have. (If they put an extractor for the steam from the shower or the smells in the bathroom it would be much better the experience

This was our second stay at Xcabal. We really like this place. It is easy to find and very close to town, but far enough to be quiet and tranquil. The rooms are very pretty and perfectly clean, with super comfy beds and bedding. The shower gets nice and hot and has awesome water pressure. The dock area is super: great for swimming or just lounging around to enjoy the beautiful lake. The staff is really nice and helpful and very chill. All good stuff!

The apartment was in line with the description and photos. Everything was very clean and easy to access. The internet was without theme. Everything was very good.

Everything was perfect, we really enjoyed it, the communication was very efficient. It is easy to get to the lagoon by car from there and the truth is that it is very quiet at night because it is not close to the center, you only hear the sounds of birds and the occasional car on the road.
