Very comfortable facilities. Excellent location.. close to the lagoon , restaurants , shops , pharmacies , etc. The house has everything you need for your stay, both cuisine and comfort and we love the part of the third floor outdoors with the table and chairs. The instructions to enter were super clear and we had no issues about it, the host was on the lookout for anything.

We had a wonderful experience in this home. From the first moment, the hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, always available to help us with any questions or recommendations. The place was spotless, very well equipped and with details that made our stay even more special. You can see the affection and dedication with which they manage the space. Thank you very much for your hospitality! We would definitely come back.

I had an amazing stay at Casa Los Abuelos in Bacalar! The view of the lagoon is absolutely stunning waking up to those vibrant shades of blue was pure magic. The property is surrounded by lush greenery, making it feel like a peaceful retreat tucked away in nature. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, and all the amenities were great everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The only minor inconvenience was the WiFi, which was a bit spotty during our visit, but that was due to the weather and didn’t take away from the experience at all. If you’re looking for a serene escape with breathtaking views and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, this is the place. Would definitely come back!

There are only a hundred meters to do on a dirt road to find the accommodation. Peaceful corner in a small village. Perfect if you want peace of mind. Otherwise there is Bacalar 30min away for more restaurants and activities. I recommend going to the local beekeeper's, he offers his melipona honey. The guide provided is complete and very detailed on everything one can do around and in Bacalar. The showers are hot like the small pool. Fully equipped and functional kitchen is on the rendezvous. In short, we had a nice stay.

Mariana’s place is a perfect accommodation for Bacalar. To be lagoon side and have a gorgeous property to enjoy is an experience my family will remember forever. The house was clean, orderly, and had all that we needed to enjoy cooking at home and enjoy our leisure time. I hope this magical spot stays just as wonderful and beautiful for our next visit. Nice and quiet place.

Very good accommodation to rest, the place is quiet and close to access to the lagoon to eat or do activities. Mrs. Claudia is always attentive and helpful. If what you're looking for is a quiet place to rest, it's the place.

We are very grateful for the service of Claudia and her mother. They were very aware that nothing was missing from our arrival until our departure. We were given a vast choice of hotspots and activities. And they supported us to organize the lagoon tour. We were very satisfied and happy. The place is very nice. Every detail well taken care of.

Everything that corresponds to the very nice place, the only inconvenience were the guests I had renting by the pool, they are very intolerant people with the children and they were rude every time my girls went to the pool bothered them they made bad faces and whipped the windows.

Muuuy beautiful apartments, impeccably decorated, with everything to spend a few very relaxed days, a few steps from the lagoon, in one of the quietest and most beautiful areas of Bacalar. Paola was always attentive and very attentive to all requests and questions we asked her. I would come back without hesitation!!!

Very nice place to stay. We had our 2 dogs with us so the fenced yard was great to have. It was also close to everything!

Great new Airbnb with own floor in the house of Lupita and her partner in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Very clean and very spacious, comfortable bed and hot shower. Nice seating area and fully equipped kitchen. We were also allowed to use their pool and you get free bikes which is super nice to explore Bacalar.

A beautiful place, located in the Cenote Negro. The view from the place is impressive, I highly recommend it, in addition to the communication with Jacqui was very good, thank you for your hospitality

Lovely apartment close to town centre and lagoon. Free parking if you have a car. Lovely pool. The apartment was very clean, well supplied and hosts were very responsive.

Excellent Boutique Hotel, traveling with my wife. Very quiet place, they are always attentive to you for any need you may have. The view from our room at sunrise is unbeatable (HAB 1). It has paddle Boards, kayaking. An excellent sunbathing area and dock. A very good tour also. The food and drinks in the hotel's restaurant are also excellent.

This place is in an excellent location, walkable to ADO and grocery stores. Fruit market on the corner; Oxxo a few steps away, tortillineria, taqueria, everyone was very friendly. You a few steps away from 3 different parks. I know this neighborhood already, but this was the best stay that we've had in the area. Will definitely return.

Excellent space to rest, very clean and everything is perfect

I had a wonderful stay with Astrid. Being a single woman travelling alone this is a safe place to stay. The property is gated and I met other women also travelling alone. I felt safe walking in the neighborhood after dark. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Close to great swimming in the lagoon. Very clean and well maintained property.

Great spot for a couple days to tour Bacalar. Walkable to the water, centro, and plenty of bars and restaurants.

A very nice place, with all the amenities, downtown and very close to the lagoon, the people in charge are very attentive and willing to help, a highly recommended place
