The private, partly covered terrace (122 m2) has beautiful views of the mountains and the confluence of the rivers Soca and Idrica. The Soca-penthouse is a part of socaholidays. The penthouse has a wood burner, airconditioning and a heatpump system for the central heating. There is garage for storage for mountainbikes.

Water sports happen on the Sochi River and its rivers. It is possible to ride on the lake by boat Lucia, excursion on the bridge on Sochi, and by ride the museum. Also nearby are Cerkno and Kanin slopes. However, there are easier and more challenging tours available for hikers.
