The apartment is located on the modern 1st floor of a former farm. With your visit you have the opportunity to use the entire 4000 m² property. This includes a campfire area, an outdoor grill and a large terrace, as well as a 20 m long balcony. There are also 2 spacious covered parking spaces for cars. Whether camping with the children in the garden, letting the dog romp outside, enjoying the sun freely or simply enjoying the tranquility in the countryside undisturbed. HERE it is possible!

Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

Bus line 9410, EBERSBERG TRAIN STATION can only be reached by car in 15 minutes. Please no children under 5 years of age. (Not set up for them.)

Log cabin with its own sauna - like in a tree house

Charming wooden plank hut near the Wasserburg old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, kettle and fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand wash basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and an electric boiler (30 l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. A fee of 20 euros will be charged per use. Smoking is allowed outside the cabin.

In the village it is about 1000 m to the swimming lake, there are many hiking trails and in winter a cross-country trail right outside the door. It is a self-contained apartment in a listed, award-winning old Bundwerk-Stadel from 1792. Restaurants and shopping are within a half-hour walk or 5 minutes by car. The footpath leads along the Inn and is easy to ride on with wheels. Family-friendly activities, art and culture are available throughout Chiemgau.
