Studio apartment

The studio is on the 2nd floor of a modernized farmhouse in a spectacular location. The property is located on the slope of the highest elevation before the Alps in northern Chiemgau. From the courtyard there is a view to the east far over the land and to the south to the mountain range. Lake Chiemsee is about 25 km away. In the municipality there is a swimming lake in a beautiful location. We operate an organic farm with chickens, bees and free-range pigs and a small sheep farm.

The 36 sqm apartment has a living/sleeping room. It is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers for additional storage. It also includes a dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, coffee pod machine and a kettle. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. There is a shower and towels in our bathroom. There is also a cozy balcony with great views of the countryside.

El Bohio - View, garden, stories, excursions

El Bohio is an apartment on two floors in our BogenVilla, a farm first mentioned in 1260, which we have lovingly renovated since 2019. The balcony overlooking our gardens and meadows allows you to relax. Located between Haag in Upper Bavaria (6 km) and Wasserburg am Inn (11 km), Munich (45 km) and Lake Chiemsee (38 km) are also nearby. Your hosts Kirsten (from Puerto Rico) and Marc (from Berlin) live in the BogenVilla and are always there for you.

Brei Haus

The apartment in the Brei-Haus is located in a beautiful residential area and is the ideal starting point to explore Wasserburg and its surroundings! After a walk of about a quarter of an hour you are right outside the gates of the old town. If you want it more comfortable, you can also take the city bus directly to Marienplatz. Also the "Bavarian Adriatic" is not far away, it is less than 500 meters on foot to Badria.
