Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment in the countryside with wallbox. The 36 sqm apartment is located in a 2-family house in which we and a daughter with child live. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine and a laundry closet. The living room is connected to the sleeping area (a double bed), optically separated by a sideboard with a TV. The kitchen contains all kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee maker and other accessories.

Our idyllically located apartment with separate entrance is newly renovated, fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary. The apartment has a bathroom, a separate kitchenette and a living area as well as a terrace – ideal for two, optionally for four people. Just in the middle of the countryside, now in the city: Hattingen city center can be reached in a few minutes by car, Bochum-Linden is also only 4 km away and the Ruhr is even less.

I offer a guest room in a new row house. It is located in a quiet residentian street near the center. The guest room is on the 1st floor. The bathroom is ready for use together with me. Also the living room, the open kitchen and the patio with all equipement can be used. The entire house is modern with many pictures and photos.The guest room is a mix of modern and 60/70th style. You are welcome to put a baby bed in the room, if necessary.
