I had a great stay here. WiFi was fast, the place was clean. Looked like the photos. The exterior door lock is an electric keypad, which can be stubborn at times.

Es war einfach in die Unterkunft zu gelangen, die Unterkunft war schön und sah aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Kommunikation mit Tung war sehr unkompliziert. Was wir sehr geschätzt haben ist, dass eine ausführliche schriftliche Zusammenfassung mit den wichtigsten Informationen und Empfehlungen für Hanoi vorhanden war. Auch sehr dankbar waren wir für die 4 Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank :-). Die Waschmaschine auf dem Dachgeschoss ist ein Pluspunkt. Das anwesende Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiter empfehlen!

This was my second time now staying here, first for a week now for nearly 2. She is so sweet and quick to respond to anything you need, as well as checking in periodically to see if you'd like your room cleaned or just to make sure everything in the apartment is up to par. The location is down a charming alley, for people looking for an authentic Hanoi experience this is the place, every morning a little market pops up in the alley, with groceries, fruits, veggies and meat out on the street. immediately out the door is a convenience store, a number of cozy local cafes and a delicious banh mi stand. Taxis/motorbikes fit in the alley, the entry way has security and you have the key to the gate lock. You are essentially in the center of Hanoi from here, so everything is super accessible, grab bikes/taxis are always very cheap. The grab taxi to and from the airport was probably $15 one way, it varies a little but not much. I will stay here every time I'm in Hanoi. 😁

Alex is a wonderful host—she was incredibly responsive from the moment we reached out and stayed attentive throughout our stay. She went the extra mile by leaving us milk in the fridge and a thoughtful list of local recommendations. Most of all, we’re truly grateful for her kindness and support when we ran into a bit of a problem during our trip—thank you so much again, Alex! The unit itself is in a fantastic location—close to everything we needed—and it was just the right size for our group of five. Having a washing and drying machine was a big plus, especially for a longer stay. That said, the unit could benefit from a more thorough cleaning and updated photos for accuracy. Overall, we had a lovely time and truly appreciated Alex’s hospitality!
