Small bathroom with a seat tub. The house is located a few hundred meters from the village of Azzano (Seravezza), in the Apuan Alps park. The house is a bit out of the way. The last 8 km of the road are uphill and with curves. Suitable for lovers of nature and simplicity!

Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

It is reached by a short but steep and somewhat narrow road unsuitable for inexperienced new drivers, but once you arrive, the panoramic view, peace, silence, a romantic sunset, a comfortable and welcoming home, make the climb worthwhile.

The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.
