Pleasant stay in this comfortable and very well-equipped cottage, very spacious, quiet, with a large garden. Games room available right next to the accommodation. Cave tour and walks to do nearby.

The accommodation matches the photos very well. It is very spacious and tastefully furnished, we had a great time there with 17 adults. The welcome is perfect, our hosts were very nice and available.

From the arrival has been put in a spring atmosphere, a curtain of wisteria invades your nostrils is a treat (you have to come in spring too🤭) the accommodation is very welcoming, the outside is quiet and soothing. Have a great value for money here and I do a lot of rbnb so I can compare it.

Elodie was very friendly, welcoming and available. The accommodation was spotless upon arrival with piles of storage and kitchen accessories (toaster, kettle, small oven, washing machine...). The heater works great and you have plenty of blankets and cushions if needed so you'll never get cold in winter. Pleasant setting and friendly neighbors. Only small downside with the national road next door a little noisy when you want to go on the terrace or walk, but the house is very well insulated so you can't hear anything inside . There are plenty of shops nearby, including a large organic grocery store within walking distance and with good products. There is a parking space in front of the house so no worries if you come by car.

Spacious and very well-equipped accommodation. Quiet, but close to local shops, and twenty minutes from terra botanica and Angers. Very good communication with Jean-Marc. We recommend.

Super convenient accommodation for a stay in Angers, very well-connected city center (bus and tram) Lidl nearby, fast food (pizza /bakery/kebab) a stone's throw away, quiet clean studio and small friendly terrace in good weather. We will surely return to the beautiful city of Angers and Philippe's airbnb if we can.

A real gem in the heart of Angers! This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations: exceptional location, close to everything, in a neighborhood as charming as it is convenient. The apartment is perfectly furnished, impeccably clean, and thought out in every detail to make you feel good from the first few seconds. Nothing is missing: everything is there, functional, aesthetic and comfortable. We feel like hosts have put heart into this place. An ideal parenthesis for the family, which we would have extended. A huge thank you for this gem that we would definitely recommend 200%! Small downside the incivility of some people on the street who can shout at 3am without respecting the sleep of some . But no connection with the apartment which was nice . Thanks again

Charming studio, perfectly located close to places to visit, including the castle. Virginie is a very friendly host. Thank you for providing the bike, I was able to discover the banks of the Loire which are perfectly cyclable. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.

Even though I was very often away from the accommodation for appointments, every moment in the accommodation with the terrace was peaceful! our stay in Angers was pleasant, especially since Jérôme's place is comfortable. The terrace is a plus in good weather. the center is easily accessible by foot or by public transport I recommend.

Had a great time at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described: the impeccable cleanliness, the very comfortable bedding and the neat decoration immediately put me at ease. The location is ideal, close to transport and shops, while being quiet. The host was responsive and thoughtful, with little coffee touches that make a difference. I highly recommend this rental and will return there without hesitation the next time I visit the area!

My stay at Claudine's apartment was excellent. I'll be missing a lot, especially the balcony. Everything was very clean, in good condition and the neighbors are very quiet.
