This is a cozy apartment. It is very clean, warm and homely. The bed is large, and comfortable. Bathroom is next door to the bedroom, with large shower. Very convenient. The kitchen is very well equipped, the only thing missing was a freezer compartment in the fridge. The host let me know they are looking into accommodate this for the current season. Arrival was flexible, and easy. Nearby free carpark is convenient. The host had good tourist information available in the apartment, which was helpful. We found the host to be friendly, and responsive. We would be back to this property any time. Fully recommended.

The apartment was lovely with everything we needed for a four night stay. There’s a good fan for those hotter days/evenings too. The location is in walking distance to the pedestrian streets with lots of restaurants and good access to public transport.

The apartment is in the heart of downtown Tours, the garage parking is only minutes away by foot, and Laurence is very friendly and responsive. The location is ideal in the heart of Chinon and its medieval city rich in history. Thank you for your fluid communication and kindness. We had a great stay in Chinon in Martine Monique's accommodation. This apartment is very comfortable and above all very well located. In the heart of the city, close to beautiful sites to visit and yet in a quiet and peaceful street. The bedding is also very good. Small touches provided by our host make the accommodation all the more friendly (bottle of water, tea and coffee capsules...) It was a real pleasure to spend a few moments there.

We had a fabulous weekend in Tours, with incredible, clean, spacious, tastefully decorated accommodation! The location is ideal, the apartment is quiet, perfectly insulated and easy to access! All the comfort is there, you can go there with your eyes closed! Jérôme and Bea are super welcoming, we felt at home! We can't wait to come back!

We are delighted with our stay in Savonnières. Chrystèle was responsive to our questions, and always kind and accommodating. The accommodation is very well located, shops nearby, the Cher just opposite, a garden at the back is nice. We hope to be able to rent this accommodation again on our next visit to this town. We had a great stay at Geoffrey and Aurélie's place. It is a real little corner of relaxation in the heart of the greenery, where calm reigns supreme – no annoying noise, just nature. The surrounding area is full of activities and visits, all easily accessible by car from the accommodation. But beyond the outings, it is also a place where you feel good, perfectly designed so that you have nothing to manage. Everything is functional, well organised and invites you to rest. The jacuzzi is a real gem. Intimate, beautifully integrated into the space, it brings a touch of relaxation that completely transforms the experience. It's not just a simple 'plus', it's a real asset that makes all the difference. The accommodation itself is worth a visit: decorated with great taste, combining exposed beams, raw wood, warm fabrics and harmonies of soothing colours. It's beautiful, it's cosy, it's relaxing. In short, a place to recommend!

I was very well received by Carine who remained extremely discreet throughout my stay. The accommodation has a separate entrance from that of the house. It feels like coming home. The accommodation is very clean, very well located and nothing is missing. The place is quiet and relaxing. I am really happy with my stay and I will be happy to come back.
