Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Azalea Park

We were in town for my sons baseball tournament and this place was perfect. It was in a very convenient location, close to many things, and only 35 minutes from Disney springs. We appreciate that animals were allowed and that it was easy to walk a dog through the neighborhood.

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

Eileen was so kind and very responsive with any inquiry we had. The house was beautiful and very accommodating. If I ever need to come to the area, I’ll definitely be using this Airbnb.

A very cozy, quaint spot, and close to everything! Milton recommended great spots, and was very quick to respond and gave clear instructions. Would definitely look into staying again if coming back into the area.

had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this property! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described (if not better). The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and made check-in super easy. They even provided thoughtful touches that made me feel right at home. The location was perfect close to everything I wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful at night. I loved the area very walkable and I felt safe. The place was charming and clean. I would suggest bringing paper towels, body wash and napkins as those things weren’t provided. Shampoo and conditioner was provided. George was very responsive with any question(s) I had. He was very kind. I liked that a fan, ironing board and hair dryer were provided. Tv watching isn’t fancy, cable with lots of commercials but it was ok. I watched a lot on my phone from my own streaming services. All in all I am satisfied. It was a last minute booking so I was thankful I found a place in such a charming area.

First of all, the host is WONDERFUL. She was very responsive and even followed up after the first night to make sure everything was okay. There was ample space for our whole family.

Several members of our family met in Orlando for a birthday party and we stayed at Angela and Edwin’s place for three nights. It was a great choice!! Prior to arrival we had several questions and the hosts responded quickly and provided answers to all our questions. There were several aspects of the house we really enjoyed. The house was exceptionally clean and ready for our stay. The beds were excellent. Not too firm, and not too soft. Multiple pillows and blankets were provided. The linens smelled fresh. The large size washer and dryer were used more than once as we had an infant in the group. The pool was clean and the safety provided by the fence and key entry was appreciated. The bathrooms were clean and fresh. And the farm-style dining table provided for enjoyable family meals. The location was close to the venue for the party, and had easy access to grocery stores, WalMart, etc. It was a great stay and we would reserve the house again for our family events.

This is hands down best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando. The house looked just like the photos, very clean, check in and out was very easy and the pool was amazing and clean. There was complimentary wine waiting for us and the host was very nice and responsive. Can't wait to go back!

Wow!!! The pictures were exactly how house looks, immaculate, clean, spacious. The house was so beautiful and well maintained. this place is a GEM to stay if in Orlando. Whatever you need the house already has, spices, towels, toys, extra pillows etc... too much to stay. Highly recommend for family of all ages. Communication with, Jorge was right on top of handling any questions you needed answered with fast response. Jorge and Vianca are so kind. Family is definitely returning for another family trip.

We had an absolute blast staying at this Airbnb in Orlando! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure we felt right at home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like extra towels, drinks, and clear instructions for everything in the house. James and Fabiene were the BEST! Marc’s place was truly a one of a kind! Really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Place was perfect!

Laura’s place was wonderful for my husband and I. It was our first time to Kissimmee. It is a very short distance from the parks and attractions. It was also close to quality restaurants and convenient gas stations. Laura’s studio was clean and represented what was expected from the photos. This is a very cozy location with pool and hot tub. Laundry and snacks were easily accessible. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and the price was in our budget!

Great host and beautiful location. Near most of the major attractions and shopping.

I enjoyed the place. Communication was great. Our plane landed early, and we were able to access the amenities early. Loved the pool area, had waterslides, mini golf. The water at the pool isn't that deep, maybe 4ft at max which is great for my smaller kids. The apartment was clean and modern just like the pictures. The location is perfect to Disney, shops and restaurants. I won't hesitate to book this apartment again.

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The place was pristine and just as pictured. I loved the extra towels, blankets, and stocked coffee station. Ryan was communicative (without being annoying) and was extremely accommodating! We didn’t use the shuttle service for the parks, since we had a vehicle, so I can’t comment on that. My kids enjoyed late night swims after days at Universal Studios and Epic Universe, which were both about a 20-minute drive from the place. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who will be visiting Disney or Universal Studios!
