Cette jolie maison landaise est nichée au cœur de l’Armagnac ! Le calme et la beauté des paysages en font un gage de repos pour mieux se ressourcer ! Depuis 8 ans, nous le rénovons sans cesse, et pouvons dire aujourd’hui qu’elle est de tout confort : tout est neuf, et elle vient d'être équipée d'une piscine et de la clim! Nos ados adorent y aller et nous passons d’excellents moments en famille. Nous souhaitons de tout cœur vous en faire profiter ! Le bonheur est vraiment dans le pré !

Close to the Nogaro recetrack (10 km), Marciac and its Jazz festival (25 km), the vineyards of Madiran/St-Mont and Vic-Fezensac and its Tempo Latino festival (30km). Nautical bases at 10km. 1h30 from the Atlantic Ocean, the Basque Country and the Pyrenees.

Notre logement se situe au cœur de la campagne gersoise à Sainte Christie d'Armagnac et se trouve à 4 kms de Nogaro et de son circuit automobile, à 1h30 des Pyrénées et de l'océan, à 15 mn d’Aignan et son lac de baignade avec toboggan et d’un parcours accrobranches. Notre village de Ste Christie d'Armagnac possède un site unique en Europe, classé aux monuments historiques (un mur d'enceinte du château en terre sèche, une motte féodale et son église)

Studio de 35m² dans petite maison indépendante

A l'écart d'un petit village du Bas Armagnac, au calme, avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne environnante. Studio indépendant situé à côté de notre maison d'habitation , entièrement aménagé: TV et lecteur DVD mais pas de TNT, wifi, une mezzanine avec un grand lit en 160 et un canapé dépliable, kitchenette, salle de bain, parking. A 15 minutes du circuit de Nogaro, de Barbotan les Thermes et son casino, d'Eauze et 35 minutes de Mont de Marsan.

We respected the architecture and especially the framework to combine the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern... 3 bedrooms for 2 people, equipped kitchen to concoct good warm and friendly meals. The house is situated in a small hamlet, 8 km from a town with all amenities, in a rural setting with views over the Pyrenees and the rolling countryside. In the garden is a large pool with terrace, trampoline, volley, ping-pong, foot, darts... The house has 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine for 2 extra guests. (2 extra guests only during winter). There are some neighbours, so ideally for a calm holiday.
