The building is located in the central part of Burgas, very close to the city pedestrian streets from one side and to the Sea garden and beach from the other side. For the guests' convinience thereare a dining room with one pulling-out sofa, separated kitchen box, one bedroom with comfortable bed and a terrace. Supermarkets, few small vegetable shops, pharmacy are in few minutes walking distance.
